I showed the stylist a picture of the haircut I wanted! She couldn't do it so the owner took over and cut it so short it looks like a man's haircut! It's nothing at all like the picture of the haircut I wanted! It's so short there is nothing I can do to fix it, except to wait for it to grow out and go somewhere else to try to fix it! This is the worst haircut I ever got! I hate it! I'll never go back there again!

Wow... I understand that there is an obvious expectation for a quick and less expensive haircut at Great Clips. It's not going to be absolutely perfect, even though I have had "great" experiences in the past. I never do reviews as a business owner myself, BUT, someone i have not seen before absolutely butchered my hair cut today. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and told her this. We talked about a blend starting from top of ear with a bit longer on top... Most typical guy haircut ever. She within seconds took a 1 and went straight to, if not onto the top of my head. Was told she'd blend it from there...... Blend from already the top of my head!!!??? So angry right now and venting. I will never go there again. I paid for the haircut and did not tip. I am always very generous, I didn't even want to pay for the hair cut. Good luck on who you get, but I'm not taking that chance again.

Really enjoyed Josphinas haircut! She was very relaxing and gave me a great cut. I feel human again lol thanks!

Didn’t like my haircut it was crooked and not line up. Lady didn’t know how to do a fade or make it even first and last time I go there I won’t recommend

Easy online check in, VERY friendly staff, we left smiling. My 5yo is good about haircuts and came into the shop in a good mood. He wasn't sure about the the stylist at first, since she hadn't cut his hair before. But she was playful and sweet and sang along to the music and his hesitation quickly melted away.
The two other stylists were friendly and jokey with their clients and even with me.
Great experience, happy to return.

I'm sorry I don't like complaining. And I'm not one to even write reviews. My hair has been very long, I asked for an inch to be cut, and layers. The other lady came over combed all my hair up and cut but didn't give any layers. Most careless hair cut ever!!

Started going here due to convenience and price. Will definitely be staying. Love that you can check in ahead of time. Having to juggle 3 kids, sitting in a packed place is the last place I want to be. With the check in, we are in and out quickly with great service. We go back because of Jacqueline who cut my 1 year old and 3 year old hair. She was so patient and knew exactly what we wanted.
Today I went in myself with Naomi and she was also fantastic! She left my hair better than overpriced salons and recommended products for my hair type. Thank you both for your excellent service!

These ladies don’t know how to cut guys hair. They can do a basic cut for older man but nothing fancy or any fade. Jacked up my hair and had to pay for it
