I came to the bank today to make deposit to my friend’s account. The Assistant Manager ELINDA short hair with glasses refused to take the deposit saying it’s not signed on the back by the owner or stamped.She mentioned that I can take it to other branch to see if they take it. So while standing there I called the other branch and they said they can take it and special stamp on the back of the check.I asked ELINDA if they have stamp. She was so rude and unprofessional and didn’t even answer my question and started calling someone. After 10 min on the phone she said “yeah” NO” we can’t take the deposit.I asked her all Huntington branches should have same policies and procedures.She said “yes I know”but I can’t deposit here you can try different branch.??

I've had numerous problems at this location with clerical errors from the tellers.Then today I went in to make a withdrawal and they informed me that "their system is down" and that if I have my ATM card that I can withdraw from the ATM machine, normally this wouldn't be an issue but I need to withdraw a higher amount than the daily ATM limit allows.I've been banking here for quite some time because of the convenience, and have other accounts elsewhere, this location, and bank in general have become rather inconvenient and frankly a bit of a joke.I will be settling my business with them, closing my accounts and having my direct deposits deposited in a more reputable financial institution as soon as they can fix "their system".There's too many choices out there to deal with this nonsense.

HONEST REVIEW: When I came here last week to withdraw $400 from my savings account . The Assistant Manager (ELIDA) with short hair with glasses asked me to provide my phone number. I simply just replied. " I'm not required to give you my phone number " She already has my drivers license. Why in the world would she need my phone number for? She then gave me an attitude and got really disrespectful. Just because I wouldn't give her my phone number. This woman is so dumb. She then told me that whenever a certain amount is withdrawn. A customer must provide a 2nd form of I.D. Well, then I asked her. Is providing my phone number a 2nd form of I.D? SHE said "NO". That says it all about how dumb this person is. I even told her that showing disrespect to a customer is unprofessional. That assistant manager should NOT be allowed to work there. She doesn't know what she's doing. Do not bank here. And waste your time.
