Just left Luxury Nails—and I have to say, second time’s the charm! Excellent service again. The atmosphere is welcoming, the team is professional, and my nail tech was completely focused and nailed it (pun intended). I walked in on a Sunday and they were busy, but still warm, accommodating, and attentive. These ladies stay in demand for a reason great customer service and even better results. Appreciate the care and consistency!

i have been going to luxury nail tech since i was about 10 years old. it started with little manicures with my mom and saving up easter and birthday money to now going in by myself. i have never gone anywhere else. tina has always welcomed me and done her best with my nails. my lovely nail tech recently, cara, is the BEST. i have gotten countless sets done by her and i am never less than amazed with her work. the staff there is wonderful, and never rude. i have never had an issue with service. i normally treat myself to one nail set a month and i do work in fast food and do cheer so yes, they do chip. HOWEVER, i get one set a month and they never break and as a very hands on person thats saying a lot. the money i spend there is never wasted and i never regret it. i enjoy every nail day i have and i look forward to many more holiday, hoco and prom nails to come.

After years of nail appointments at Luxury Nails, I finally decided to stop going there. Every time I got my nails done, it was a hit or miss. Sometimes they looked good and sometimes they looked HORRIFIC. They were usually crooked, would chip or fall off, or they would raise up weirdly. I also got fungus underneath my acrylics. If I had to recommend one nail tech it would be the girl named Lina or Lisa (I forget her name).

My friend & I were kind of disappointed. I had my toes hurt when she was filling the skin on top of my toes. My friend didn't have her nails trimmed too well. All of the workers spoke in their own language in front of us continually & then when we were sitting under the dryers, no one asked & we tried to ask how long do we sit under the lights? The worst offense was when the person who did my pedicure ran over after I paid & tipped.... & stuck a plastic bag over my toes with a tablespoon of oil in my new socks... my friend & I had a much better experience at a much smaller place in town.

I walked in and was greeted right away and the got me on with no appointment. Made my day. The pedicure and foot message were AMAZING
1000% recomend and Jenny was so nice to me.

I have been coming to luxury nails for over 15 years. I started out when I lived in. Bartlett and I have since moved to Woodstock, Illinois and I still drive in to see my favorite nail technician Tina, everyone is so friendly and kind. I will continue to come as long as I can, my nails are always beautiful. I love this salon!! Thank you for your outstanding service.💕
