Rosa is amazing. Kathleen and Mildred were also very helpful. Marty has a great team and I appreciate their customer service. What makes an insurance agency different from one another? The people. I recommend meeting with them if you need any insurance services.

Insurance is supposed to be a personal thing, or at least that's what they try and sell you on. Marty is the worst, in the 4 years since my book of business was handed over to him with my agent retiring I have not once heard from him. I have life, homeowners and car insurance through American Family but that is all going to stop. I called to make a payment on my insurance and was told it was canceled for non payment (I know I own some of the responsibility here). I asked why I wasn't contacted to let me know and was told they attempted multiple time through text, call and email. I checked all those and only have history of 1 call in the 60 days it takes from missed payment till reinstatement can not happen. No text, no emails. It's clear Marty doesn't care to retain customers and protect their future's. But he sure does love taking your money with no work at all.

Have been with Martin Walsh American Family for awhile now, and must say that the level of service and professionalism from him and his team is very well appreciated. We have auto, home, and business policies with him, and would highly recommend his agency for any and all insurance needs.

I've been with American Family - Martin Walsh for about two years now and have had nothing but exceptional service with my current auto & renters policies. Though it was disappointing to see rates go up recently, it was refreshing to receive some assistance regarding affordability. Mildred Cabrales helped me a TON and helped me save over $40 a month, instead of me going through the hassle of trying to find a quote that best suits my needs and budget. I will definitely be sticking with American Family. Very helpful!

I have auto, home and life insurance plans with American Family that are an exceptional value for the price. The service I receive whenever I call is a 10+ no matter who I talk with, great team and awesome customer service every time. I would like to thank everyone for such a great experience.

I’m a long time policy holder which this agency and when I first filed my claim today, American family told me that I’m not even listed as a driver in my insurance policy. I’m incredibly upset with the service I received from this branch. My claim will evidently be delayed because the agent I was working with failed to update my policy correctly. If I hadn’t filed a claim today, I would never have known that I wasn’t even insured.
