“The team I had was excellent. Arrived promptly and came inhiuse to see what was being moved. Went over paperwork and then they began moving things out to the truck. Made sure that furniture that needed to be wrapped was taken care of. Arrived at new address and again came in and saw where they were delivering to and started unloading and bringing it up to the second floor via elevator. Checked to see what room everything went to and finished in a timely manner.”
“Great moving company! This was a very easy positive move from scheduling with Bridget in the front office to meeting my moving crew on the day of the move. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and hustle of my 3 man crew, Adryan, Ivan and Jeremiah. They introduced themselves on arrival and shook my hand, discussed the details of my move and set to work. These guys kept moving in 95 degree heat. They were polite asked questions about where I wanted things and were happy to make multiple trips up and down my 15 step staircase to put boxes in the basement. Adryan went through all of the paperwork at the end of the job checking to make sure I was happy and did not need anything else moved. Adryan, Ivan and Jeremiah all shook my hand again and wished me a good evening. Bridget followed up the next day to ask about my move experience. She wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for me. I highly recommend this company and this crew!!”
“I had a really great experience with Falcon Moving. We had RJ, Hunter, and Patrick on our move. They were courteous, careful, engaged, worked very hard, and fit everything into the truck, and were equally helpful and careful on unloading and reassembling all of our stuff. They were frequently seen running to make the work go faster which I've never seen in a moving company before. They went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience for us and we would go back and request that specific team in the future. Condo was easy & rest to gurnee they were great & estimate was fair & came in just under. Would have been less except for apartment building.”

Diamond Rigging from Batavia IL made my job easy! The crew arrived with proper heavy equipment and worked in sync with one another. They moved sensitive dust collection and air handling equipment with finesse and they were even able to dislodge a shipping container from the frozen ground in the middle of February!
I've hired Diamond Rigging more than once, and each job had different challenges that Matt was able to analyze and successfully navigate to get the job done.

They gave me a reasonable quote and they were spot on with their weight estimate so no bad surprises at the destination. 5 days after they picked up I had everything in my new home. I received text updates all along and the driver let me know exactly what his schedule was. All in all it was a very easy process. I would highly recommend using North American for your cross country move.”
