“We dropped off our Dodge Grand Caravan on 1/26/2026 for a front bumper collision repair. JP handled the communication, and we picked up the car on 3/6/2026. Everything seemed fine at first, but the next day we found the hood wouldn’t open when trying to replace the battery. A technician told us to take it back to the body shop. While we understand mistakes happen, it’s disappointing after such a long repair time and inconvenient to arrange another drop-off and pickup. If the issue is fixed promptly, we will update our review.

“Aaron the owner was a huge and more than generous to me and my situation this is my first time ever owning a car and I knew absolutely nothing about cars but Aaron pointed out things that I never would’ve looked at and my many times of going to jiffy lube for inspections many things went unnoticed or unannounced…the first night he came to inspect my rotors and brakes and gave me a jump because my battery was dead he charged me a more than reasonable price and I was so blessed to have a mechanic who isn’t charging extreme prices and come to me … he informed me that i didn’t need certain parts and I could wait for those repairs instead of forcing me to get them for a higher pay… He waited patiently for me to get my parts and arrived 30 minutes after I texted him and charged me a great price and the customer service and urgency he gave without being pushy or rushing was enough for me to recommend him to anyone I know who is in need of a car repair inspection or a simple estimate.
