Next Level Hifi is a great company to work with from initiation to completion. The company is principled in their approach and strives to promote a transparent and lasting customer experience. The components are obviously world class (my purchase was Borresen SSE O5), but its Tyler, Josh and Josie that give you unquestionable comfort in your purchase and confidence that their support will be there throughout your experience. I can't recommend any audio company higher than this one. If you are looking for a five star experience, fantastic products and an unrivaled experience with honest folks than call Next Level Hifi for your audio needs.

I have been using Next Level Audio for my very selective HiFi needs for over 10 years, and this team is simply the best in the business! Many thanks to Tyler, Dana, Joshua, Josie, and Amy for helping me with my latest speaker purchase. It's setup and sounding absolutely sublime. I highly recommend taking receipt of your purchase at their shop, if at all possible, so you can benefit from their industry expertise, relish in meeting like-minded folks, and above all, enjoy absolute top notch customer service. Their attention to detail is exemplary and shines through in all of their interactions with the customer.

This was my first purchase with Next Level and it involved logistics beyond the usual carriers, given the net weight of the combined order. Next Level took care of everything and all the equipment (speakers, stands, other items) arrived exactly on time and in perfect condition. Packing was exceptional, communication from beginning to end was prompt, informative and friendly. An absolutely top-notch experience!!! A+++++ all around!!

When I purchase High end gear the first thing I consider even before price is the customer service during the transaction and defiantly after the sale.
Most people assume that if you spend a lot of money on your gear especially a well known brand you will automatically get great service. Not always I have been burned before.
Now let’s consider Next Level Hi-Fi what impressed me from the first email to the phone conversations was how willing and knowledgeable every single person was. This is one of the things that made it such a fantastic experience .
From the evaluation of my trade in equipment, I was offered a very fair price on my old gear. From them coming from out of state to set up my speakers.
The next thing was their communication skills they asked for my input during the process and when speaking to them on the phone if they didn’t know the answer to a question they found someone who did.
When they arrived to set up my Raidho Acoustic 3.2 speakers, the amount of time and attention to detail from beginning to end cannot be overstated.
I asked if they could pack up my replacement speakers this was something that was not included in the original trade. They packaged them back up in the original wooden creates with as much care as the speakers they were setting up.
I was very impressed.
I would not hesitate to use Next Level Hi-Fi again for my Hi-Fi needs and tell all my audio file friends about my great experience. My only thing I would change is that I could have found this company sooner then later.

Listening to world class (literally!) components and speakers in a beautifully restored, historic building is just part of the reason to visit Next Level HiFi. The other equally impressive reason is the level of care and support for their clients. Case in point … I have purchased multiple products from Tyler and on this recent occasion planned to buy an exquisite pair of preowned speakers. The speakers were ‘perfect’ except for a few marks to their custom bases (which didn’t bother me at all). When I came to pick up the speakers, Tyler had ordered brand new bases ($1,500+) and provided them for free because he wanted them to be perfect. You rarely find that level of service anymore. Make an appointment to visit with Tyler, you won’t be disappointed.
