When the Ace Hardware closed down in Dundee, I was upset, but not too upset, since the Ace Hardware in Carpentersville is nearby. It has a great neighborhood feel to it, a pleasant experience.”

I decided I just needed to speak with an expert, and hoped I walked into an employee that would be willing to help me. Tim helped us shop, explaining all of the supplies, helping me understand what I did and didn't need- and what I should or shouldn't do. I also had a million questions for him...and he answered all of them and was very knowledgeable. Also very patient with me as I tried to figure out what to do.I went to SW because I've heard about the quality products, but the customer service provided was top knotch.”
