Royal coach has an amazing team I have took my jeep there twice but we have used them for years after years in my family. I know I never have to worry about anything when picking up my vehicle from them, the team never and I mean never has an attitude or makes you feel like they don’t want you there. Royal Coach and the crew here are amazing. They do business right. They are super friendly and accommodating. Body shops are generally not a place anyone wants to have to go too but the crew there makes it the best experience they can. I have taken cars there that are pretty banged up and they do a flawless job at repairing them and bringing them back to 100%. They just fixed some body issues on a new vehicle because I trust them more than the dealer. I will be coming back any time I need something related to my cars. They also do mechanical work which is great. There are so many shops out there and it's tough to know who is good but I've never had a bad experience with Royal Coach!

Brought in my Taurus for a damaged passenger side rear view mirror. Vehicle is 2012 so didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. You guys saved me over $200 by finding a mint condition used one. Whole process was super easy and quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

This place is the real deal...real quality service, real fair prices, real genuine care about the safety of their clientele. Jon Light is an amazing mechanic. He really went above and beyond to ensure my truck was in the best possible condition for a long haul from IL to Montana - dragging a fully loaded 23' trailer across the Rockies. He identified potential issues, some to fix immediately, some to just make sure I had the parts/fluids on hand "just in case" the possible issue could occur on the road.
This shop does not try to pressure you into having work done that isn't immediately needed. They instead educate you on potential problems so that you can save and plan for the repairs in the future. John Light and Royal Coach have got a customer for life.

This is unfortunately the third time I’ve brought my Lexus in for repairs but the team at Royal Coach has always left me speechless. My car always looks better than when I originally bought it, both interior and exterior. I am so grateful for their service and attention to detail. On top of that, Rob is always willing to go head to head with my insurance company to make sure the repairs are covered! Thank you guys for all your hard work :)

Rob and John are the best in the business! I had hail damage to my vehicles. Rob set time aside for me to coming and have the first one looked at and schedule in right away. Rob and John helped with insurance claim and they were so detailed and informative. They noticed when the adjuster came out and documented the mileage, that the adjuster didn't put the actual miles of the vehicle. The adjuster put 123,456 miles as my vehicle only has 9,800 miles. They consulted with me to call the insurance company and get that fixed right away so it doesn't effect my carfax. Now the best note when I got my car back as I'm driving to work I had 3 people pull aside me and say nice vehicle because John had my vehicle polished and looking better then new.

This is the most dishonest shop I've ever come across. The fees they charge are inflated and unreasonable. It's like going to McDonald's and paying a fee for them to take your order and then being told later that you need to pay more for the paper french fry container. Rob was completely unreasonable and disrespectful.

Ron and J.P. and the crew at Royal Coach Bartlett did a wonderful job. Customer service here is top notch...it's clear that their goal is 100% customer satisfaction. My every interaction with them, from initial call to final inspection was refreshingly pleasant. They explained everything in detail, was made aware of every facet of the repair work, and they made sure I was satisfied with the results. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended!

The crew at Royal Coach Bartlett are the best. I try to take very good care of my new Golf GTI, but after driving it all winter I had a couple cosmetic issues that I wanted to trust to professionals. Royal Coach were first and foremost kind, and they gave great advice on the care of my car and the work they’d recommend. On top of all that, they got the job done quickly and at a great price.

Our Toyota Camry was damaged and needed to be repaired (bodywork and some mechanical). Royal Coach explained the process, what needed to be done, kept me informed of progress of repairs. When I picked up the car after repairs, I was amazed on the quality of work and also how they detailed the car inside and out. The shop is spotless, customer service oriented and there were no problems of costs with our insurance carrier. Highly recommend Royal Coach of Bartlett, IL.

Been coming here for years. Service is A++ everytime I come. They are always honest and never try and rip you off. They make you aware of issues but never try and push the fixes on you. Would always recommend coming here.
