Came for my appt. No one ever bothered to tell me the are running behind. Just had me sit there and wait like an idiot. Left. No one even cared when I finally left. There is a reason people make appts.

This is the best place in Bartlett area. The attention is incredible. The massage with the rocks is so relaxing and the final bonus massage in the neck is amazing. There is no other place with such an incredible and kind service.
Plus the pedicure is always on point 😍

The service here was above and beyond.
I booked a manicure and pedicure but got much more than that! I received a hot stone treatment for my feet, a shoulder/neck massage while I was waiting for my nails to dry, and a hand massage at the end…all for the price of just a manicure and pedicure, which is very affordable.
My nails look great, the lady who did my nails was friendly, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was calming and welcoming.
I highly recommend. <3

I am so disappointed in my nails. They are chunky, crooked and uneven. The worst part is I was charged 80 for simple short nails that don’t even look good. They did not replace the tools they used on me which is super unsanitary. I was also cut on my finger so I’m hoping none of the bacteria makes its way in. Worst nail salon I’ve been to in a long time.

My nail fell off less than a week to getting them done. These have been the worst piss poor excuse of nails I've ever had in my life. Never had a had such a poor experience. Not only was the shape awful but it was $80 for plain square nails. This place is embarrassing and gross. They reused the same utensils on us. Never come here..

I get a no chip French pedicure. The price is $60. I have paid for this service and it has costed me from $75-$82 in the area at other locations. They never use a dremel on my toes and I get hot stones and the whole nine yards. The workers are always kind and I leave 100% satisfied with the paint job and my feet feel awesome. They also give you a shoulder massage at the end of your visit. I will continue to come back.
