Beware, they SCAM, LIE, and STEAL!!! Do NOT go to this store.I would leave a ZERO if I could. Worst store manager Patty I ever encountered in my life. She called me a liar after her employees did not give me items I was unknowing charged for.I bought a new iPhone 15 pro max, they charge you for things and do not tell you the price, nor do they give you the items!!! They are scamming and STEALING from the store.They charged me for a wall charger of $20, a case of $50 and a screen protector of $40. Refused to give be an itemized receipt. And those items they put on my monthly plan over 12 months without my knowledge! And now I can’t get a return because they are in my bill as installments!When I confronted Lesly last night and demanded my receipt I asked why I got charged $20 for a wall charged I didn’t not need nor want and that fact it was not even provided to me, she told me they do this to EVERYONE! I wanted that charge off my bill, and told her I did not receive the items. She said the register was closed and to come back tomorrow to get a return, I said multiple times you did not give me the item!I went back the next day to get my refund as leaky said and the store manager patty refused to give me the refund, said I’m lying and that Lesley said she gave me the item!! This is a flat out LIE! I told her to check her cameras as the charger was never given to me, she refused, and went further to say she just did an inventory and she was correct and im lying!They are LIARS and steal from the store!I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism in my life.I reported them and the store to corporate!Run. Stay away from this store. They will lie and steal from you.

I upgraded my phone and gave my mom my previous phone, she went to this T-Mobile to transfer service since the phone is eSIM only. The rep that worked with her said it could not be used on the network.I’m quite perplexed because I used that device on T-Mobile already and have confirmed it is UNLOCKED, meaning it can be used on any network.

Went in with a phone issue and got educated on what was going on with my phone and decided it was better to upgrade. Thank you to the staff at the store for being patient and courteous throughout the entire process.

Horrible incompetent employees work here. Go to a different location - others nearby. Avoid this store. I need to return a T-Mobile modem since I canceled service. Corporate asked me to bring the modem to this location because I got it from there and they are unable to reprint a return label. Corporate told me if the store doesn't know how to facilitate the return given the circumstances to have the store call them for support. Was met by Avani, Associate Store Manager at this location. OMG!!! The most hostile, UNMOTIVATED, INCOMPETENT and UNHELPFUL sales employee I have ever ever met. She was very reluctant to help and kept repeating "we don't do this (returns)". I insisted she look up my account for possible notes - when she eventually did grudgingly, she insinuated that I'm lying and that corporate would have not told me to bring it in "because we only take returns up to 30 days". Then asked me which T-Mobile system would the notes be in as if I would know. I asked her to call corporate as they instructed me, she refused to call corporate because she "doesn't take orders from customers". Tried again asking her but she refused to call and mumbled something first that there's nobody to call and said I'm being hostile for asking and started saying rudely "you can leave now" "have a nice day". The audacity that she called me hostile when i never raised my voice and she was the one being dismissive and refusing to help. I asked for the name of a General Manager, she said "it's her". Asked for the name of a Manager, she said "it's her". Asked for the real name, she said "don't worry about it, I'm not going to give that to you" I decided to leave, called Tmobile corp from the parking lot , told them the situation. They suggested I put the phone on speaker to have her talk to them so they can assist her. No surprise, she refused to talk to corporate. Just kept rolling her eyes and said I'm not going to talk to them. Not sure who is hiring here. Serious concerns to say the least. Not to mention she had a Tupac album playing with explicit lyrics playing loud. This is not a professional environment and music may not be safe for younger kids. Rest of the employees working here were basically rooting her on. I know its been hard to find good employees due to economic circumstances but the bar here is way to low!! Avoid this location by all means. They are only motivated to sign you up as a customer, but anything that requires un-commissioned work - professionalism is out the door. --- UPDATE: Drove to another T-Mobile location, NIGHT and DAY difference. Was in and out within a 5 minutes. Employee new exactly what to do and how to provide another shipping label.

Employees behaved really strange. Answering scam calls while helping a customer because they thought it was funny. They also said they struggled with the concept of money. Just really confusing so we left

Not this store but couldn't find where to leave a review on the company. I called customer service to inquire about getting new phones. Was promised something completely different than what I was requesting because they said they couldn't do what I was requesting them to do. I felt like they went above and beyond. What came out of it was that they did do what I was asking not what they promised. Don't say you're going to do something good for someone if you're just doing what I requested.

I came to upgrade my phone on a Saturday and it went smoothly. The only and most important issue is that I was told my new phone would be most likely delivered on Monday, with Tuesday being be the latest it would arrive. It is now Thursday and after calling the main support number, they said the phone was backordered and still has not shipped. I wanted to be home to sign for the package and will be out of town starting tomorrow, so I would have greatly appreciated if they just told me it was backordered without making false promises on a Monday or Tuesday delivery. I would have gladly looked for another store that had my desired phone in stock, or waited a few days so I would be home to receive the package. I specifically confirmed the delivery date with the person helping me once more as I was leaving as well. Not sure why they would give me bad information on the delivery date unless they wanted me to go through with the purchase there instead of going to another store. Overall it has caused me a great deal of inconvenience since I stayed home both Monday and Tuesday to receive the package and had to do my own investigation to find out I still may not have my phone until next week or later.
