Super Nice People working!”
“It’s crazy cause I came here all the time now I bought a vape that worked then stopped working out of nowhere I used my $5 off coupon to get this vape so you can tell I’ve always come here then they didn’t even want to exchange it or do anything about it so sad I’ve never coming back to this place please test your vapes before you come to this place they have the worst management ever and i was cool wit the little girl wit the glasses but yea some middle eastern guy screwed you guys business over badly I’ve never coming back to this place and for my friends and family I’m telling them to do the same so disappointed
Edit: I came back the next day and this awesome lady named Alyssa fixed all of my problems she told me that everything was a silly mistake and it will never happen again .. so get off your ahh and come up here to your local smoke shop their the best .”

“I’ve been coming to Xhale Hookah Lounge for over 7 years and I absolutely love this place! The vibe is always amazing, the hookah is great, and the people here are so kind, friendly, and helpful. The service is always great and they make you feel welcome every time. Definitely one of my favorite places to relax and enjoy a good hookah!”
“Five stars isn't enough for this place. I've been to a lot of glass shops over the years, and this one is in a league of its own. The selection is incredible, everything from affordable everyday pieces to genuinely stunning heady glass from local artists that you won't find anywhere else. The display cases alone are worth the trip.
What really sets it apart is the staff. Zero pretension, endlessly patient, and actually knowledgeable. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and instead of pushing me toward the most expensive thing on the shelf, they asked good questions and walked me to a piece that fit my budget perfectly. It's held up beautifully.
The shop itself is clean, well-lit, and organized, no cluttered chaos like some places. Prices are fair, they stand behind what they sell, and they clearly care about supporting glass artists, AND THEY'VE A POOL TABLE!!!
This is my go-to spot now, full stop. If you're anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out.”
“chill place with good selection. they offer testers, decent prices, and many items including kratom, cbd, and various disposable vapes & e-liquid+batteries.
Every time I go in there's usually an employee that rushes the experience rather than feeling leisurely. I feel like I can't look around necessarily without knowing the exact item I want. The employees that work there are knowledgeable with various products.”
“I had a really bad experience here about 10 years ago, so I went to other local shops until they all told me the coil I needed was discontinued, so I hesitantly went back here. I went in not expecting much but everyone was super helpful and nice. I've been buying my vape accessories there since and the employees are not only very helpful, you can tell they care and not to mention how friendly and welcoming they are. I stopped in today because my ancient mod finally died, (I wish I got his name) but he went above and beyond to try to work with it first which it was ultimately dead. He then gave personal opinions and different choices on a new mod set. Taking that extra time shows that customer service isn't dead. They have a customer for life. There is a also a young women that works there who is always happy and you can tell she loves her job and helping people. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for all do!!!!”

“This spot is amazing, they treat you like family, and go up and beyond to make sure you get the right product for your needs.
Adam, Adam, my new best friend thank you and keep up the great work 🫡”
“Update as of 6/4/2026: Came back to the store today to see if the products I have been unable to find elsewhere might be carried here. I was reluctant (refer to previous review), but decided to go anyway. What a complete turnaround. Sameer was incredible. He took the time to make sure that every product I purchased was correct and worked properly with the products I purchased them for. He went above and beyond which aligns with what I remember my experiences to be when I first began patronizing this vape shop. In 2022. I hope that the store will continue to hire employees like him in the future! So happy to have my favorite store back! Thanks Sameer!
Oh how the mighty have fallen. I had to come back and change my rating because every time I’ve returned to this place and a particular worker is there, my experience is trash. I currently live 6 1/2 hours away from this place and can only shop here when I’m in town visiting family on the south side of Chicago. I make the trip even further to the burbs to visit friends and shop at other stores unique to the area. I always come here because the prices are still great and there’s usually something great I can return home with that no one else will have and I like that exclusivity. In order to find those items, I usually have to set aside about 20-30 mins to browse and see what new things they have added to their inventory. The aforementioned worker seems to be especially annoyed by this action and has no problem showing his disdain. I often come prepared to purchase multiple large ticket items (bongs, vaporizers, batteries, air fresheners, various glass items). However, due to his attitude, and as of late, him blatantly rushing me to make a decision and check out, I am unable to contain my disgust, and I opt to forego any large purchases in favor of something cheaper. Doesn’t he know that the longer a person browses, the more opportunity he has to sell more products? I don’t know what this guy is doing in there when no one is in the store but it can’t be more important than me spending my money or my continued loyalty to this establishment. That in itself should warrant better treatment. Not everyone that comes in the smoke shop wants to buy overpriced disposable vapes in a hurry. Some of us are loyal repeat customers with varying needs that enjoy in-person shopping. If management is being cheap and encouraging this behavior because they are afraid people are going to steal when workers are helping other customers…hire another associate.
Previous Review: I am thrilled to write this glowing review after my 2nd visit to this small but mighty head shop in the NW Suburbs. I hate that I was not made privy to this shop months ago when moving to this area because this would have surely been my #1 spot. Greeted by the equally handsome and knowledgeable owner once you arrive, you will be taken aback by the incredible selection of glass, vapes, and juices. Each item extensively researched by the owner who is always eager to share the bevy of information he has acquired over many years of smoke shop ownership. I was most impressed with his exclusive, one of a kind rare finds; My most recent purchase being an electric dab rig released just days before I purchased. It has since been a game changer for me and my lifestyle, providing the opportunity to enjoy my products in places/environments previously off-limits. If it weren’t for his expertise, and his attention to detail, he never would have offered the item to me. I’m grateful that he is so observant, and invest so much care into pleasing his customers. Since learning of this. I have brought many friends along for a quick trips, and plan on coming back very soon to see what new things he has in stock. You will not go wrong stopping here.”
“Honestly the best shop in town! They always have the best prices, they’re always stocked with my favorite vape, and the customer service is amazing. Definitely my new go to smoke shop! ❤”
“Stopped by for the first time and Santiago made the visit well worth it. Very friendly and offered a lot of good insight for someone fairly new to the cigar world. Make the visit if you can”
“I go here intermittently when im in the area for the past few years and this is definitely one of my favorite shops. The owner is very friendly and interactive. Prices are very affordable and transparent. Wish it was closer!”
“Wonderful and patient staff!! ❤️❤️❤️ I live in Lombard and I will drive all the way over here probably passing 10 or more vape shops because the prices and the staff are top notch! ?”
“Totally cool, knowledgeable staff. Not your average smoke shop. They will assist you in every way. Have been going here for a year or so and always happy with product. Not to mention how neat the shop is set up. I love the them there and how they always greet you with kindness and totally professional. Will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend Uncle Stu's!”
“The best and most convenient store open late night in the area. Always have all the newest selections and whatever I might be looking for that I don’t even know exists! Coolest spot in town!”

“The store is immaculate and well stocked. Their Geek Bar selection is out of this world, (I literally travel 35 miles for their selection and availability), and the customer service is awesome!! ❤”
“Great place! Probably the cheapest cigarettes in the area, and they always have good deals on vapes. They also have flower and a really good selection overall. Good prices and friendly service. Definitely worth checking out.”
“At Wake n Bake smoke shop was very pleasant everyone there was super nice and helpful finding me the products that I needed Would highly recommend to anybody looking to explore different options”
“Great experience very clean place the staff there listen to you answer any questions you have and if it’s your first time make sure to help you understand what you buying so you can be very comfortable and confident to what you are buying. Vey cool place to shop!”
“Patrick is very accommodating! As a vape shop owner in the Philippines, the selection of vape in this store are phenomenal. Definitely recommending this place for people who wants to buy vape and tobacco products!”
“Best place around! I've been coming to see Ruby the ownet since i was a teen. He has been here long before all these other shops in the area. One of the biggest selections and always a great deal.”
“100% a good shop. Staff is great and helpful. They not rude. Nice clean shop. Fast service/transactions too!. 99% of the time they got my products in stock. Cant say the same about other shops, so they are doing great job here!”
“The store is immaculate with tons of options. I cannot say enough about the associate Ed. I came in with a lighter torch and I explained to him that I never refueled it before. Not only did he fuel it for me, he showed me how to do it. That's the type of service you don't see anymore. He made feel heard and respected. I will definitely being coming back here thanks to his courtesy. Thanks again Ed.”
“This is my Go to smoke shop, Not only do they have great brand products but the customer service is beyond 5 stars, The owner and the employees always take the time to ask me exactly what I’m looking for and always suggest different flavors and brands of vapes to try. Every time I leave I leave supper happy with my purchase and always end up coming back. Recently bought this “Hits Blunt” brand Vape and it might be my new favorite highly recommend!”
“I always get great customer service whenever I come here. It’s just a comfortable environment whether I’m looking around for a bit or I’m in and out. To get to this smoke shop I have to pass at least 2 other smokes shops to get to this one from where I live. They treat me very well so I’m going to go out of way to always come here first. Ive been to so many of these places it’s crazy! They got a good selection and the people are cool that work here. Thanks Buddy lol”
“While I've had a regular tobacco shop for awhile now, it was closed at a time that I needed tobacco so I came here on a whim because it's a little closer and they were still open. Turns out to have been great luck. At first, they were out of the tobacco that I wanted, but the woman working at the time let me know that her sister was literally on her way back with some inventory and would be there in about 45 minutes. I could have stopped somewhere else but she offered to take my number and call me as soon as they had it- and as a person that has worked multiple customer service jobs, I just really appreciated how kind she was in general but also the extra effort. I told her I would come back since she was so awesome, and she let me know how much they appreciated that because it is a family owned business. Her name is Vanessa (i think) and because of her, I will make this my new regular place. Also, she did call me as soon as her sister got back with some more inventory (I was looking for the light blue American Spirit tins). She also let me know that if I pay cash in the future, there is a discount- and even paying with a card, it is still a few bucks cheaper compared to other shops in the area.”
“I like a hard to find wine. I've searched at Jewel, Mariano's and Woodman's to no avail. It's a great confort to know that Binny's always has it in stock and at a great price! Thanks Binny!”
“The best smoke shop in town and the coolest owners as well I went here and they gave me the best service and hooked me up Marvin is such a chill guy will always come back when I’m in town”

“Great little tobacco shop hidden away in the shopping center off of Stearns and 59. Good owner always helps me out with anything I need. Always willing to get what he doesn't have for you. Great little hidden gem in Bartlett.”
