I brought my car in for an ac leak. Robert called an hour after dropping it off and ran through all the issues with the car. He has very great knowledge of cars and I will be bringing my cars there from now on. Fair and honest pricing and quick service!

I’ve trusted these mechanics with three of my cars, and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding work at very fair prices. I recommend them to everyone I know—they’re absolutely worth the drive if you need any work done on your vehicle. They’re reliable, honest, and skilled—can’t ask for more. Most recently, they even checked out a damaged wheel stud for free and gave me a new lug nut at no charge. That’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

The most important things about a mechanic shop are experienced here. Informed of any issues with your car, provided options with clarity for repairs, and communication throughout the process. Let’s not forget the best part, your issue actually fixed with the utmost professionalism. 5 was the max number of stars so I hope my comment is heard from the roof tops, this is the place to take your car. From high end to every day vehicle. United Motorworks is the place to go. I have a bmw and 3 different Mercedes that I have bought here and it’s always excellent. Still own all my cars and they work great thanks to them.

Tried to upsell me and was misogynistic towards me acting as if I don’t know anything about cars-talking in a demeaning tone when asked if I had done anything to my car. After I replied stock they had then explained what they meant afterwards. Also every man that walked through the door was greeted with a smile and upbeat tone except for me and it was my first time coming in. I had also explained what services I was going to get done over the phone but had to reiterate what problems I had. I had also mentioned what time I would come drop my car off in advance and they said they would not be able to look at it till the next day. I provided my contact info to be called for updates on my car and was not called once about it. Instead the other number I had also listed (a man) was contacted instead of me even though it was my car and the mechanic knew.
Second time I came in to look at my car I had to go ahead and get a quote and the prices kept changing and wouldn’t give me an exact number on how much things would cost. I just wanted one thing done on my car and declined services as I was being upselled because I am a woman. Then he tried to fear monger me saying if I wouldn’t get everything done my car would explode. I wish I was joking

This is the place to go for the best auto service ever. They find the problem and solution quickly, they're knowledgeable about everything, the prices are more than reasonable, and they do everything. My parents have been coming here for 20 years and Jay took care of them. Now Robert and Wojtek elevated customer service and expertise to another level. Won't go anywhere else for auto service.

I came two hours after closing because my lightbulb was out and he still took me and even gave me the money to get the bulb because My phone was dead at the moment a very nice guy very patient great at communicating and the customer service was the best I’ve ever seen again thank you for helping me

I've brought a few different vehicles here. Robert the owner is a great guy. Very honest upfront and fair with pricing. Been looking for an honest mechanic for a while and I'm glad to say I found one.
