The two gentleman that work inside are always extremely helpful and very kind, they do an amazing job!! The drivers on the other hand… would get a one star review, only reason they didn’t is because of how good the gentleman up front are. The driver on our route is not only extremely rude, but also extremely lazy. Theres been multiple instances where a car is parked in the street and he will just skip over the house that day rather than take two steps out of his van to put it in the mailbox. I understand they have a lot of stops but he does this often. Today he decided to shove 5 parcels into my mailbox along with my mail, barely being able to close it shut. He damaged two of my packages that are not cheap at all. Wish I knew his name but if you hate your job or are not capable of doing your job, maybe it’s time to find something new.

Stopped by the Bartlett Post Office the other day. The two men that work here are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. I enjoy chatting with them (if it’s not busy). They are super friendly and very efficient! All of my mailings done at this post office have made to their destinations in a timely and secured fashion.
A special thanks and highlight to one of men who works here most times - alone. He is really good at keeping the line moving and valuing your time. Wonderful job, sir!!

This is probably the best USPS location I have ever used. I am an online seller, ever since I start shipping from this branch, complaint about missing packages and delays had been reduced by a lot. The staffs are organized and helpful. It’s a small place and it gets busy but they do they best they can.

I was in the post office to resend an item that was returned with no reason after the holiday. I decided to resend and take it to the Bartlett PO in the mall. I explained Im resending this item because it showed up in mail box with no reason. when i mentioned this to the person behind the counter, another worker in the back began to yell at me that i should not have put the return address on the of the back of the envelope and the front. Never again. there are many other PO in Bartlett.
