Can help activate new phone for us for free but charge $50 for data transfer from old to new phone which might come with something free I don't remember what. Activated new phone for us free but failed to inform us that we need to perform factory reset again if we want to perform data transfer later on. Forced to go back to another store to get the phone activated again after data transfer. Tried to sell accessories. Nice person, answered all questions politely and willing to help.

I spent several hours only to find out that this isn’t a corporate store and they don’t offer services for prepaid accounts. It’s better to head to the Army Trail store rather than waste time here.

Awful location! After waiting a long time for service, the worker refused to give me their name and directed me to corporate location instead. I will never return to this place.

I spent two hours at a retail location, only to be informed that they were unable to process my request for a prepaid plan. The staff explained that, as a franchise store, they are not authorized to offer prepaid services, as these are typically exclusive to corporate locations. This was an unexpected outcome, given the initial expectation that they could assist with my inquiry.

I came in this evening to pick up my new phone and to have everything transferred. The store manager, Jim stayed an hour past closing time to make sure everything was transferred and that I was happy with everything. He never rushed me and was truly FIRST CLASS!!! He also gave me a great deal on my accessories!!!!
I hope this branch appreciates him and pays him well. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!!
