If you’re a walk in don’t even walk in.
Walk in’s are how a lot of businesses get more frequent clients…. Guess not.
I asked if anyone had time for a walk in & the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. “You don’t have a phone number here so you will wait a LONG TIME.” And proceeded to walk away lol the tone was uncalled for and not professional.
I’d be happier with a no I’m sorry, but let me try and see what time we may have available later.
Super simple to be kind, not a thing here.

Terrible employees. They refused to give me a pedicure because my fingernails were already done. He saw my hands and seen I had nails on and refused to do a pedicure for me. Told me it would take a couple hours till he can take me when only ONE person was in their chair. Ridiculous. I then decided to call asking if I can walk in for a pedicure obviously not knowing it was me who was just inside. He told me yes!! To come in for a pedicure.

I really don't know where to start. I been coming to this salon for a year. I don't know why I stayed this long the owner John, is super rude and doesn't do a good job. His wife is the only one that does a good job with the nails and pedicure. I am not sure what kind of business this is. You call and no one answer, you leave messages and no response. I understand that it's just him and his wife so I decided to go in person and when I do the owner has a few ppl there and he start to speak loud to me and telling me that because I need no chip and pedicure that I am difficult. All this is said in front of his customers. I couldn't understand i bring you business. I honestly thought I was an episode of twilight zone. He was so rude in the pass but I ignored it but this time I will not. He is unperfessional. In front of the customer he told me to go to a other salon. Wow!!!!

I love this salon and the owners John and Ann. They are so dedicated to serving their customers with the utmost care and perfection. I have been going to them since they started and now travel 45 minutes to my appointments with them. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you for making my nails beautiful each and every time. I always get compliments and tell everyone that their Salon is the best ❤️?

(Context: I dyed my hair green the night before) I came in as a walk-in around 5pm, it was pretty quiet room with Fox News playing on the tv, and a woman getting a pedicure. One of the employees greeted me and asked what I needed/wanted to get done. I showed him my nails, with a faint green tint, and said I needed to have this fixed as much as they could. I'm not allowed to wear nail polish at work, so I just requested a clear polish that I could easily take off. We didn't say much, but he shaped up my nails nicely, and someone else took over when she was done with her previous customer. They both cleaned my nails gently and they look great. I've had many experiences at other establishments where they are rough with my cuticles, got acetone in my splits by my fingers (which burns really bad), and a very rushed services which make me really anxious. I was very grateful they were gentle with the service. I was really looking for a basic cleanup with some acetone, but they did a really nice manicure with a soft hand massage as well. This was about 25 minutes and was a nice little break in my day. $15 dollars with a $5 tip for people who were easily able to clean my nails and not judge was a nice experience. One thing I will note is that before I had my nails painted, they asked if I wanted to pay. I said yes since it's just a clear coat and I had no designs or anything, but I'm sure they would let you pay after if you said no. Not sure, but something to consider. Pros: Quick service, lots of color options from what I looked at, fair price for what I received, gentle work. Cons: Very quiet atmosphere and little talking (which I enjoy but I can understand why someone would be unnerved).

I tried this place on a whim since I was in the area. I had a no chip manicure and the results were the best I’ve had. The polish lasts longer than the salon I was going to previously and the female (I believe one of the owners?) was very meticulous leaving me with PERFECT nails. I’ve been trying out new nail salons to find one that I really like, and I will most likely be going back here if I can’t find one closer to where I live.

I’m very picky abt my nails. I’ve tried other neighborhood salons and none compare to the professionalism and cleanliness. The owners are driven to provide great service. I’m amazed each time I arrive , greeted with smiles and genuine kindness despite their long work days/ hours. Tough to beat !Services: Polish removal

The lady who served me looked at me strangely and laughed at me. The service was very poorly done. The nail painting was very poorly done. The finishes were not professional. I paint them better myself and she didn't wait for me to give her the tip, but rather she told me I'll charge you the tip. at once? I think that the tip you earn depends on the service and does not have to be asked for. I gave him and gave him enough for the bad service he gave me ?
