Do Not work there especially if your agency. You are paid next to nothing, all administrative personnel leaves early. As agency you’re give the most difficult assignment, force to administer medications which you’re not trained to do, the majority of the medication locked boxes dont even work. You’re given an assignment without instructions. As my first time there picking up through the agency i had to deal with combative family members about their love one’s medication and the policy of the facility when i had no idea i was going to have to pass meds. The majority of the units are dirty and reeked of urine. No one can ever be found when you’re in need of help. It was a horrible experience and the facility had the nerve to rate me at 3, when not only did i show up early to the job but i did it to the best of my ability and took very good care of the residents. This place is horrible! Spare yourself and run not walk away from this facility.

The staff steals belongings of residents while they are admitted in the hospital or while the residents go to an activity. They tell the police they have dementia or that the family took the items when police reports are made. Meds are not given and they ignore family requests. Stay far away from this place! Do not put your loved one here!

Under the previous administration and ownership it was a wonderful to place to work. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the new Executive Director and the current administration. This community is being run under a dictatorship.Look elsewhere for employment and living arrangements for your love one.

I toured this place with Michelle. Michelle was very nice and informative. She answered all my questions. I can see placing my loved one here. The only downfall are the air fresheners, they are everywhere! The scent was overwhelming and my throat was very irritated. Are they trying to hide something? Is the building not as clean as it should be? Just makes me wonder.

I cannot say enough about Victory Centre of Bartlett. The excellent staff and extraordinarily friendly residents here truly make this community special. You can rest easy knowing you and your loved always feel welcome and cared for here. Jorie, Melissa, Nicole, and Luz are just some of the amazing staff here, who make Victory Centre feel like home for so many. If you or a loved one are considering Supportive Living, definitely check out this wonderful community.

Residents are forgotten and not taken to events and meals. Medication is not always given to the residents and items like oxygen tanks are stolen. Although attitude is given from staff and elderly residents, it should be noted that the staff neglect residents and give attitude and hostility towards residents and their concerned family members. Most concerns by family members are ignored.

The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are very nice and perfect for my father-in-law needs. As we toured Daisy the residential dog greeted us. They have many amenities to offer. Activities, meals, bus trips for shopping, laundry and cleaning done weekly. These are just some of the things they offer.

My Mom has been an extremely happy resident for about 6 months now. The reason for my procrastination writing this review is the fact that I couldn't imagine how to write it without praising the 50ish staff by their individual names and departments!! The warmth, concern, heart, and genuine care they feel is palpable throughout. As a result, she and her friends are comfortable, engaged, well-fed, observed by such loving, caring, dedicated nurses and sweet aides, and I have such relief knowing that she is living a life with purpose and activity, and constantly tells me how much she loves it there, and raves about the staff and the residents. Actually, a client of mine told me how much his Mom loved it there years ago, and I thought of that when I first brought her to visit. Best decision ever!! She was very scared, hesitant, but they turned her around gently but quickly and she is back to her fun self again, and it is just wonderful. There are no words for the peace having her there gives me. It's a blessed Victory! When I asked one of her now great friends about his experience living there her first week as a resident he enthusiastically said "best group of people I ever met" - so true. Smiles are all over both staff and residents and I love just being around them, but my Mom is so busy now, I have a hard time finding her when I visit - I love it!! Once again, without mentioning names, if they are employed there, I'm describing each one with this glowing review, and because they mean so much to me, and consider so many dear friends now, I will not leave anyone out, because I will run out of room. Just know this attitude started at the front door on the first day, and never disappointed since. I know she is in good hands, and it means the world to me - and so do they. So grateful and lucky to have Victorius Vicki, their Lovely Chief, beautifully, gracefully, managing this sweet spot - oops, I mentioned a name...

A couple of years ago, my family agreed it was time to look for an assistant living community for our elderly parents. We asked people for referrals while researching local communities ourselves online. After visiting other communities, we picked Victory Centre of Bartlett. From day one, we knew we made the best decision. They were very helpful during the application process, the staff is well trained and very professional, leadership communicates to the residents and their families often so everyone is informed and updated on various topics, the services and activities they provide are excellent, it's a very safe and clean community, and, our parents now feel that this is their home! Most importantly these days, Victory Centre has done a superb job managing the COVID situation. They strictly adhere to CDC and other federal/state/local health guidelines, and, communicate regularly to residents and families on everything they are doing to keep the residents safe and healthy. The entire team has worked tirelessly on this and their record speaks for itself. My family truly appreciates all they do managing the pandemic properly to keep the community safe. Thank you!!!!!If you're looking for a safe, clean, professional, fun, strongly managed assistant living community that truly cares for their residents, then you need to contact Victory Centre! You and your loved ones will be glad you did!!!

We have had a family member here since January 15, 2020 and are so grateful she had moved in before the pandemic hit. Knowing she has been in good hands this entire time has been very reassuring. Not having to worry about safely handling her food, meds, laundry etc has been a huge relief as we navigated this new way of life. They have been diligent with their efforts to keep all of the residents safe, and have handled delicate family issues with kindness and professionalism. We miss not being able to visit in person but understand the reasons why. All of the staff has been friendly and caring and we are happy we selected this center. Thank you!

My mother is 92 and 1/2 years old. She has resided at Victory Centre for over 8 years. In her 80s she overcame two bouts of cancer, the latter one being stage 3. Today she is cancer free and ambulatory. Without the love and compassion of Vicki and her staff, she would have had greater challenges I could ever imagine. Across the country there are thousand of facilities built of concrete, the difference is the people: both the leadership and the staff. When my father died, Vicki and the staff were at the visitation, when we celebrated my mother’s 90 birthday, they were in attendance (off campus) Being in healthcare all of my life, my mother is in tremendous care. Also, I would share that her care during the quarantine period has been even further enhanced with twice daily monitoring and their safety measures superb. In closing her relationships with staff are more like friendships which is hard to find these days. Sincerely, Dave.

My father has been living at Victory Centre of Bartlett for a few months now.Due to the global pandemic, our application and move-in process was complicated and delayed, so our family was very stressed. I cannot say enough positive words about Starr and Vicki. They communicated with me regularly throughout the process to ease my stress and offer comfort. Even now, a few months after Dad's move-in, they still email or text me just to say hello and see how my Dad and the rest of the family is doing. These two women are kind and compassionate, and they truly helped our family through a very difficult time! There were times when I felt discouraged, so I would call Starr because I knew that her positive encouragement would make me feel better. She even called Dad to encourage him when I was worried that he was getting disconsolate. Now Dad is settled in at Victory Centre and he is very happy! He tells me that everyone is so kind and helpful. He says that the food is very good and he is happy with his apartment. He told me that it is perfect for him because he has privacy and independence in his own space, but he feels safe with the regular check-ins. He put it this way: "the staff makes themselves quietly known throughout the day." The staff is kind and they treat the residents with respect. I have been able to relax knowing that his medications are administered on time every day and he is being well cared for. The staff communicated with me regularly about my dad, and I have had wonderful conversations with Lora and others. One last note, we really appreciate that Victory Centre is taking the global pandemic seriously. They are taking every necessary precaution to keep their residents, care givers, and staff safe! In comparing numbers of cases at local facilities, it is obvious that Victory Centre is taking the right precautions. I miss my Dad, and I wish that I could go and hang out with him in his apartment, but I know that he is in excellent hands! The caregivers and staff at Victory Centre are true heroes and wonderful human beings!
