Awful customer service! Pharmacist had no respect for customers.

This pharmacy is extremely unorganized and unprofessional.
Every single time I have picked up a prescription, there is a new issue or inconvenience. Who is running this pharmacy? The disorganized atmosphere is embarrassing, especially when dealing with something as important as medicine. People cannot trust this pharmacy.
Most recently, I went to pickup a prescription that was supposed be ready. Before leaving I called the pharmacy to make sure, since I have had problems before, I was on hold for 30 minutes, finally got on the phone and they hung up on me. When I talked to the pharmacist they said they had the medication delivered, but my prescription was not ready. They said they would work on it now and to wait a few minutes. I waited twenty minutes and went back to the desk. They had not even started looking for the medication. I went another fifteen minutes waiting and they then told me that they can’t find the medication and it was not at the pharmacy. I wasted an hour for my medication and still did not receive it (I had to order it from another Walgreens) The unprofessionalism was astounding.
There have been multiple occasions with this same unprofessional behavior. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back. I hope the administration sets some improvements for the sake of the people who need medications from here.

Horrible pharmacist!The pharmacist doesn't know how to listen! She was rude she shouldn't be in customer services! She kept clicking her pen over and over while we were talking. I was just trying to get a discount on my medication, and she wouldn't hear me out and told me it was a waste of time to come in when all I wanted to do was verify coupons and my insurance instead of doing it over the phone.

We get our prescriptions sent here and have been for years but for the last year they take hours and even a whole day to get the prescriptions ready. Also sometimes you go there and they tell you they didn't have a prescription. Why can't they call us to tell us that? Another time I go there 3 hours after the prescription was sent. They tell me it's not ready and rerun in 2 hours. I return 2 hours later which is half an hour before they close and they tell me it's not ready yet and to return later. This time I said I'm not leaving till they get it ready

Terrible, rude customer service at this pharmacy. Regularly fill prescriptions a few minutes before closing and never fill anything a minute after closing even if you’ve been in line for 15 minutes.

If I could give this Walgreens location zero stars, I would. Do not go there unless you want to get put on hold for half an hour every time you call - literally. I have had to call the store and speak to the store manager in order to get the pharmacy department to pick up the phone. This has happened more than once. They also take forever to fill prescriptions submitted from your online portal. They used to have the best pharmacist, an older gentleman named Tim. I don't know what happened to him, but now they have someone new who seems super angry and must hate his life because he was literally yelling at me and my insurance company representative over the phone. I was imagining a tiny little angry leprechaun man whose face was turning bright red stomping up and down, that's what he sounded like; it was actually almost comical. But they have wasted so much of my time that I am taking my business elsewhere; this is a business after all, and as a consumer, I have choices. So, they will be losing out of literally thousands of dollars a month in prescriptions that I unfortunately order due to some severe health conditions that I have. So, good for the new pharmacy I choose, now they will be making these thousands of dollars from me. I'm hoping this helps some people save their time and energy.

On hold for over an hour and then disconnected. This happened not once but 3 times. Understaffed and incompetent.

My daughter had a scheduled appointment for a vaccine. The pharmacy is so unorganized. We had to wait 1 hour past our scheduled appointment to be called for her to get her vaccine. We were on time and checked in- and just sat waiting.

I was told my prescription would be ready by 6:30 I got here at 6:47 and it is not and the pharmacist left for her dinner break. I understand everybody needs to eat but don't tell somebody to come at a time when the prescriptions going to be ready and it's not

Every ti.e I come here to get my medication it seems to be a battle with them or the insurance company. I got the pharmacist can go on break but have a back up manager to verify things. Some people need their medication and can't wait and can't help the timing they show up due to work. For what I pay Jewel Osco is cheaper and way more nicer and professional. I think I am going back and keep tbe stuff here that I have to bc of insurance. I am sooo done with this! It's been am issue all year since I had tonswitch bc of insurance.

they called and texted several times and when i went to pick my prescription up (during the hours the pharmacist is supposed to be there) they ask me if i can wait 30 minutes because the pharmacist is on break and he needs to check something with my prescription

Have had numerous amazingly positive experiences with picking up my prescription with Zach at the pharmacy. It is so rare to experience such a friendly positive person and he has provided that every single time!!!

I have never been so disgusted with customer service in my life. Specifically the photo department. A bunch of the most miserable, unhelpful people I've ever run into in my life. What a joke. Good luck in life with those personalities. You're lucky you even have a job.

If I could rate this location 10 stars, I WOULD! My brother and I decided to stop in and see if they had any of the highly sought after Halloween Squishmallows (tiktok trends nowadays...) and Janet not only checked the back, she looked throughout the Halloween aisles, then proceeded to call every Walgreens in the area to see if any were in stock. I've never had someone put forth so much effort to help me. Thank you, Janet!!
