The only thing I liked about my visit was the lady named Lily, who was very helpful, kind, and had excellent customer service skills in a pharmacy setting. I highly suggest you employee pharmacy techs who have common decency and respect for your customers, as Shawna was not answering my question about available coupons on my medication while I wait for my insurance to be effective in a couple of weeks. There was no one is line behind me in the pharmacy drive thru until the very end of our conversation, just one vehicle pulled up. So it was not busy at all, and she very rudely told me “ I will not help you with discounting your medications specifically, you can come inside to do that” I was in shock. From the very beginning of me pulling in to the drive thru, she had an attitude and wanted to just get rid of people and again, there was no one in the drive thru, so I’m not sure why the aggression and unnecessary urgency. When I walked into the pharmacy, there was no one in line either! Despite Lily’s wonderful attitude, that cannot make up for the bitter taste that Shawna left me with. I have been with Walgreens for over 25 years and this is my last visit with your pharmacy. I am taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I wish there were a way to give negative ratings. Medications are frequently out of stock, despite receiving texts confirming their availability. A female pharmacist refused to provide her name or the corporate/patient relations phone number, stating that it isn't given to customers. I had to explain that this number is specifically for customer complaints. Time to switch pharmacy!

How do you give a place zero stars?? This location specifically is bad, but my goodness it’s like all Walgreens retail pharmacies compete to see who can cause the most inconvenience to their customers. Multiple times they forget to fill precautions or don’t have product in stock. They email or text saying your prescriptions are ready, but you get there to find out it’s not ready yet or will be in stock in 2 days. Walgreens as a whole is by far the worst pharmacy to pick up meds from. Gotta go back multiple times every time. Staff never knows what is going on, comedic really. Go anywhere else. Switch pharmacies altogether.

Store manager..she hugged on me..
Pharmacy gave me my prescription saying 180 days supply n when I came home bottle was empty. I called store store manager picked up.. and when I gave her my last name twice she kept on asking what my last name. And when I asked who am I talking to she hunged up on me.. af6er calling 5 times guy picks up and says she is busy and she cannot talk to me nor he cannot give me her name as per employee policy don't know which world this walgreen belongs too.. and this rude guy hung up on me saying we r busy.. wow.. unbelievable
Walgreen corporate check this n build ur customer service..
If I could for this service I will give Walgreen -10 review

The pharmacist held back my prescription because she didn't feel comfortable. I'm on a controlled substance that can cause seizures and she did this. I can't believe it and I've been on this medication for years.

Unprofessional pharmacy staff and pathetic service. Specially male pharmacist on duty in the evening on Tuesdays he Shaw us and closed it by saying come back at 7:15pm no apologies nothing. Learn some customer service first before pharmacist. Out of no where they decided to close the pharmacy for 30 minutes from 6:45pm as soon we reached there. Start valuing time of people who try to visit. I checked the time reached there from 15 minutes drive and had to go back as I wasn’t able to wait. There were few other people too was upset. Update your hours properly. DO YOU SEE ANYWHERE PHARMACY CLOSE FROM 6:45 to 7:15??

Went to a different location for hair bleach which was missing part of the ingredients, so I went to return it here. The cashier at the other location put a discount on it and the box I was exchanging for said “new formula”so she wouldn’t exchange it. Literally same exact product and barcode and all. Not very friendly about it either

I called and spoke to a pharmacist. She said my meds are ready for pickup. I arrived and they said they’re not ready and it will take an hour. I went out of my way during my lunch break to pick them up. What the heck???

After a couple of unsuccessful trips to this store it leads to me say: save yourself the trip and go to another Walgreens store. If you’re looking to get any refunds, do a return/exchange or help with any other simple request, you will end up turning back around unhappy with the outcome. This store is ran by female managers and they all lack of empathy. Just poor customer service all around.
