The lady in the blue shirt is incredibly rude. She mocks customers and tells her own employees off when they want to go above and beyond by helping older people. I'm assuming it's the manager, which is more sad.
Also why are the boyfriends of employees hanging out around there at all hours of the day. Seems more like a hangout then a job.
Had enough when I was verbally told to go shop somewhere else when I used coins.
Be better.

This place constantly has the polar pop machine or ice machine down!! I went in this morning as I do every morning and both the polar pop machine and coffee machines were down!! This store definitely needs better management!! Going downhill fast!!

My elderly dad went into the store to prepay for his fuel. (9/7/23) He went out to pump his fuel but something was wrong with the pump so he went in to let the male attendant told him that he would get it to work for my dad. My dad went back out to pump and yet it still wasn’t working for him so he went back in to let the clerk know that he was just going to go somewhere else to not put the transaction in. The attendant said he would cancel it.When my dad received his statement at the end of September, it shows the $35.00 taken for fuel at Circle K Bartonville. He went to the store to speak with a female manager who stated they have video of him pulling away from the pump. My dad explained that he in fact, did pull away from the pump but that was after the pump wasn’t working and he had gone in three times and still didn’t get fuel.The female manager told my dad he was nuts. What a way to treat a paying customer and name call when he was taken advantage of. My dad would never make an issue IF he got his fuel that he was there. Very disrespectful of the female manager.Edited to add: As I read the previous reviews that have been posted, I notice the bad reviews do not get responses but the good reviews are responded to.

I don’t usually have any issues at this location the ladies that work in the morning are awesome!! My boyfriend came in at 5:30 today and there was an older gentleman working the counter. My boyfriend went in to buy alcohol and once he brought it to the counter he presented his FOID card ( a state issued ID ) and was told it was not valid and he could not purchase alcohol. Even though it has his birthdate clearly on the front. Went to Kroger next door and bought it 5 minutes later.

The cashier was clueless or poorly trained. That automated scanning platform never works properly. The classic chicken sandwich with pickles had no pickles. Everything looks dirty in there. Everything.

The late night worker is awesome. So is the tall kid and Randy, the manager is super nice too. But the other tall worker cusses and is rude and shoves your things at you. From a 3.3 down to a 2.9 in a matter of minutes, Google Clout.

They need some competition. There is no easy accessible parking… the pumps are always 2 deep no matter what day/time.The soda machines look dirty (with gnats flying around). It’s hit or miss if they will have tea.The old manager was great but things have really gone downhill this past year.
