Never enough cashiers. Best prices. Less walking than in big stores. I can get everything I want and need here. When you can find someone on the floor to help you they are friendly.

This place is about one of the worst for getting a med refill in. I've seen people wait up to 5 days because of the back and forth. The waiting for the tech .. the tech saying it had been sent in ive seen it being called the next day to where they play it off like that's the exact med refill they sent in just "haven't heard from the doc yet" and then when the person calls over to the Dr again finally they say they didn't even get a med refill request, OR they send the wrong med refill request in. This has gone on for YEARS you would think by now they could get a med refill down. I watch my parents go through it.. I used to go through it with them and it was NOT long lived .. I will drive before putting up with their stuff.

Ordered cupcakes recently for my children's birthday. Unfortunately they were done incorrectly. I mentioned that it wasn't right, and instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, she blamed it on the lady that originally took the order for not writing it down properly. Humility speaks volumes...in this case I was met with hostility. In the end I took the cupcakes that were incorrectly made, was never offered an alternative or to have it fixed. My 8 year old son will be disappointed with pink cupcakes...but it is what it is. On the flip side, Nena in floral is outstanding and has wonderful customer service skills! Thanks for your recent help with my balloons.

There is an employee at krogers in Bartonville I wish I could steal and bring to my job. Her customer service skills are flawless ❤️ Edit post: Her name is Jessyka Searle. Some how my pickup order was missing a bunch of items. She spoke with me for a long time on the phone trying to figure out what happened. She then gave me her personal number so I can text her all my missing items, made appropriate substitutions (or offered credit towards next purchase but subs were fine). She apologized again and wanted to make things right. She was so sweet and so genuine!! I love great customer service!

They never have anything you need the shelves are either not stocked or never even ordered and today I stopped to get gas and all pumps had out of order signs on them. Plus the whole street is torn up in front

They need more help. On weekends you may stand in line for a half hour. Also when you call on weekend it can be as much as 15 minutes only to be hung up on and you have to redial. With the virus it causes people to be bunched up. If Krogers would not be trying to make hung profits and be more concerned in customer service they would have no less than four employee working a shift. Then when they are giving shots which should only be done at a des. Office. They have one person answering phones, waiting on drive up, waiting on customers in the store, filling prescription, answering questions, trying to find Items on shelves. "1 person" There use to be not a problem till Krogers got "greedy". You may want to switch to Walmart, CVS, Walgreen, or another kroger pharmacy like maybe East Peoria or Pekin

This has been my main grocery store for eight years, but until masks are mandatory again I will not be going back. Please require responsible shopping.

This pharmacy is right by my house but they never fill prescriptions in a timely manner. They typically will not start to fill it till after you show up and then they will take a while to fill it. There is always a very long line and they leisurely check customers out. They could be much more efficient.

Want your prescription for you or your family??? Once they get the prescription from your Dr they like to wait till you show up in person to start working on it, call in advance you say? They will do the same thing. Plan on about a 3 hour delay from the time you would like to get your medicine to when they actually start working on it. Go somewhere else.
