Workers always got attitudes, there very rude and lazy always on they phones. Bathroom stays nasty. The assistant manager Lena always bring weed to work and disrespectful to customers.

Everytime I go in there, a guy with dark hair, I think he has a short pony tail on his head & he's always short patient & mean & the expression on his face shows he doesn't want to be bothered. I purchased lottery tickets 8/9/24 & a new lady was there & didn't know how to do the daily tickets, so she called the guy in from outside & you could see he was angry & didn't want to help her. He wasn't that good at printing the tickets either & angrily told me to use a card next time & proceeded to tell me what I already knew about cards etc. I was very hurt thinking about how he treated me. He told me I couldn't play them a certain way, but he didn't know how so I didn't say anything to dispute him, I just took my tickets & said thanks. I go in there at least once a week, I had to make him say hello before also, wasn't friendly. The kicker was yesterday 8/12/24. My grandson 21 yrs old was feeling queasy & told me he wanted to go to a gas station & asked where the nearest one was so he good get a drink since hes diabetic & I reluctantly told him & took him there, he started working in Bartonville with me his first day..I pulled in partial front close to the handicap park. I have a sticker but didnt use it. There was no other cars in the lot at all. He told my grandson "tell your driver not to ever park there again" it's a fire hazard. He started yelling at my grandson, I drove off very hurt & decided to go back. My grandson told me to stay in the car because he wanted to ask the guy why he was treating us that way & asked for the corporate phone # & he told him to get out of his store & if we needed the #, to look it up & he wasn't givingWe are very good nice people never been arrested. I'm a 71 year old senior. This was so cruel. He then came out to the door & he started yelling & hollering erratically at both of us outside. We just drove away & vowed to never go back there.

Every week there is something wrong with this gas station. 1 week fountain machine is down. The next their credit and debit is down and you have to have cash even for gas! It's almost 2024. I understand systems can go down but if so they need to be back up with in minutes. Seriously don't go to this gas station. Nothing but old ladies that work here and not want to work and do anything anyways

I understand systems can go down but if so they need to be back up with in minutes. Seriously don't go to this gas station. I've been working in this area for 5 months and your gas prices have not changed one time in those 5 months 419.9 I have been getting gas down the road even paid 379.9 why in 5 months has your price not changed once are you stealing from the people in Bartonville???

Depends on who is working the young women I was helped by was very nice. A little quiet need to speak up so people can hear you. But nice and clean by the sofa machines.

The mini Mart gas station on airport road used to be a good place to go to but not no more, the women on 3rd shift has an attitude problem. She's rude and I will not be back. This isn't the first time she's had an attitude when I was in there. Never again. If she doesn't like her job she needs to find another job. Don't take it out on the customers. I will be taking my business else where and yes I will let people know not to go there after midnight. But the mini Mart on McKinley in Bartonville is a great place to go to. I give that place 5 stars. Joe is great. He's great with customers and willing to help out with whatever he can. So if you want a great gas station or mini store to go to, please go visit Joe on McKinley in Bartonville.
