I just received a new wheelchair as a return customer after 15 years. Everything was exceptional with their services and again I was completely satisfied with everything. I highly recommend them as a service provider!

I didn't have a glowing experience with the folks at this branch. I experienced issues with things getting forgotten in the warehouse, once someone was on vacation and it messed up my order, another time I called and talked to somebody who sounded like they worked for outsourced customer service. Every repair required several calls and months of time to finally get my chair fixed. Most recently, I waited several months just to get scheduled for an assessment and that was after multiple calls and discussions starting in July. They finally got me an appointment after I begged in October. This really bugged me so I fired off an angry email to corporate. The manager promptly called me, said she looked at my file and most of my calls or interactions don't seem like they were ever documented. So to her, I was just being difficult or my expectations were unreal. This is not the case and not the first time I had issues with communication. I told her that I was going to cancel the entire order because I can't wait for another 6 months to actually get my chair. She said that she didn't know and would have to get in contact with her 'team'. So far, she has not called me back and that is no surprise. They just don't stay on top of things unless you call them constantly, that's why I'm done.

Ed and Lenny are wonderful to work with! Both are very knowledgeable in their field. They both put in 100% to ensure our residents get the equipment they need.

I have been working with Ed from National Seatings and Mobility for 16 years. This year he worked with me to get a permobil f5. All together he and the rest of the staff at NSM worked hard with to get me chair fundedI don't often get a new chair and love it from day one, but this time we hit the jack pot!

John from National Seating & Mobility, has helped more than he will ever know. He has went out of his way for me, time and time again. He helped me with the medical and insurance issues. ALL of the employees have been wonderful.
