“Although this place is often busy, Jolene is always so helpful. She’s patient and takes the time to explain different rates and tracking options. I really appreciated her help on my recent visits.”

“Thank you Pekin Post Office! An important 2 day delivery letter sent from Atlanta and seemed lost. Never heard a word from ATL but Ben and the other employees at PPO called me and kept me in a constant loop about what happened and where my letter was. I appreciate their professionalism and the genuine goodness and sweetness of each person I spoke to. Thank you guys!!”

“For truck load deliveries entrance from Persimmons St. The place is cramped for full-size semitrucks, especially by the docks. It is designed for box trucks, and even daycab won't be happy here. If you are not a box truck and have an early morning appointment, they won't honor it. You will only get a door once they are done with boxtrucks. Probably won't be back here again. It's not really an over the road trucker friendly place. Especially if you are here first time, no signs posted how to get to the entrance until you get to that Permissions St. 2 stars for having a little bit of room to wait for them to give you a door and guys working. I've been honest about the reason for not unloading at appointment time.”

“Hello and good afternoon it is 358 p.m. in East Peoria Illinois and I just got to the post office and they are closed it says 5:00 on the website but guess what it is couple minutes before 4:00 and there is no one here why is that there's not even a note on the door. It is Wednesday not Thursday post I'll wait a minute I think I know why they're closed nevermind thank them very much for taking part in the holiday”

“FedEx and UPS are often better for shipping anything over 2-5 lbs - always worth a compare on their website. USPS is great for smaller stuff and most anything within a state or two. This location offers limited hours but what would you expect for a small town?”

“It's a small mail center for a small village.
I happen to love this USPS. Fast and easy, in and out.( Unlike many of the others in area.)
The Worker is very friendly and a struggling Human like most of us. Always kind. I feel she does her job well seems very knowledgeable.
Always has answers for my questions. Thank you.”

“Seems that this location is only for mail pick up, pre-paid postage drop off, or mail drop off. NOTE: This location DOES NOT sell postage and stamps. If you need to ship something or purchase stamps, seek another close USPS location.”
