“It is conveniently located but they removed all the copiers/computer/printers. And they substantially raised the cost for copies/prints. And they do not always make customer service the top priority! I used to enjoy stopping into the UPS store to drop off packages or print color copies (I have a monochrome laser printer at home). Now, I refuse to go there to make prints/copies. I only use UPS now for shipping packages/returns.”
