Aldis warehouse truck drivers continuously trespass on my property causing damage to my landscaping and brickwork. I tried complaining to corporate but ended up being transferred somewhere with a dog barking in the background. This after I requested to speak to a supervisor. My property is a commercial property and even after speaking to the store manager I'm getting the run around. I have no choice left but to file a lawsuit

Every since they put in the Self check out the customer service has declined. The cashier is overwhelmed with handling their register as well as assisting the self checkout lanes. Which has resulted in curt and rude cashiers. Although conveniently located for my lifestyle I am at the point where I am starting to decide whether or not to patronize this location or any of the all these locations..

Horrible. They are holding me and my truck hostage. I have a Reefer load that they ordered and I brought here from the East Coast and they will not unload me due to over capacity in their freezer. This is the third scheduled time trying to make this delivery. Three days in a row I’m told to reschedule. This time they said to come back next week, it’s Tuesday 4 am. The first day they turned me away I missed my next pickup which was a load that would have taken me home to be with my 4yr old son for Halloween and trick or treating.

Im from union Missouri. I’m very disappointed that the 3 different stores in my area, that I try to shop at Union Mo., Washington Mo.and Sullivan Mo.only have one electric wheel chair to use. I’m elderly, I do my own shopping and I’m handicap. 90% of the time the electric wheel chair is in use by another handicapped person. I absolutely cannot walk through the store to shop. Therefore when it’s in use I can’t buy the items I need. There is a self push wheelchair but most of us cannot push ourselves through the store to shop. This company is a world wide company. With a company being this large two electric wheel chairs in each store is not going to break the bank. I would love to be able to say that other than great prices Aldi is concerned and caring about their elderly and handicapped customers who would like to continue to shop their stores.

Fast unloading. They call you to pull out of the door and you wait forever, for them to call you to get your bills and lumper receipt. But they have signs up saying long wait times. They might as well say unloading staff is quick but rest of the workers are lazy.

Aldi online shopping is horrible. A huge company with a very poor website. Only one pic of products. Very rarely is there a description or list of ingredients. I was just looking at a ham steak post. It states it’s a Smithfield product, the package says Sugardale from Ohio and the details say Appleton Farms pork sausage roll. There is no excuse for a corporation the size of Aldi to have such a poor website. Add that to the fact that Aldi products are shrinking and some aren’t as good and its exceedingly poor business practice. I joined Sam’s and BJ’s. Their websites are detailed and accurate. Always.

I'm a local farmer that started a service to pick up all the expired produce 7 days a week. Last year a non manager authorized another farm to take days away from me. I didn't find out about it until catching the other farm there to take produce that was authorized by you for my farm this spring. I couldn't figure out why all the sudden I wasn't getting nearly the amount of a daily basis. I was in the process of getting a day or two back and leaving the rest that I won't use because of the lower numbers of animals that I have now. But today when I was there to pick up produce I was in the store to open the loading door and a one of your trucks was backing up. My girlfriend come around the corner and tells me that the driver threatened her about towing my truck away and said it to her very forcefully. I would like to talk to someone with athority. I'll call you tomorrow afternoon. You probably won't miss me but you're going to miss the $200.00- $300.00 a week that I spend on groceries. And I have a lot of friends that are very upset about how My girlfriend was treated. You're looking at a lot of revenue losses here. Because a lot of them shop at the Sternberg Rd. store in Fruitport Michigan

I told the guard i will unload my self. They gave me a door. I parked. Before i took the paper work to the office they already unloaded only 1 pallet. And forced me to pay 43$ for one pallet.scam

I recently visited one of your stores in Pennsylvania . I can understand a dog being in the store helping a disabled person. There is no other acceptable reason for a dog being in a food store . That's the last time I shop at an aldi

I had a problem with a return in which I had my receipt. The items that I was returning I had brought the previous week . I used my EBT card for the purchased. My benefits include cash on my card in which I used to make the non food items in which I was returning. The cashier had an attitude Why? I was disrespected because I was using my Snap benefit card . By the way it’s exactly the same as any other debit card . The cashier was not able to place my funds back on my EBT Card . Instead of returning my cash . I was given a ALDI gift card . The card can only be used for purchases at a ALDI store . How are you going to control where I make my purchases? Corporate called me once and never sent a email or called me with a follow up to return my money.

After a long drive, expect to be here for a while. Your get some sleep, and time to organize your truck. I arrived a hour before appointment time. FYI Make sure you have lumper fee available they now take credit cards. Still doesn't make sense of lumpers to me. Maybe that's why they are so rude.

First they copy walmart with self check out lanes now they've messed up the online sales ad That I checked every week.They seem to be trying to chase off customers instead of getting new ones!They don't give you a way to contact them for any reason!I wonder if they care enough to read their reviews?

The most horrible customer service experience I have ever had at a grocery store. The manager on duty lacks people skills and the cashier needs training and needs to learn how to speak with customers.
