Employees are not knowledgeable with promotions. I was sold a watch that was ineligible for the stated promotion and am now being charged $10 more monthly than I was told. I went back and the employee stated they thought it was all Apple Watches. I had already gotten rid of my old watch, and only found out the watch I was sold was ineligible after receiving my first bill. I’m also outside the return window by 5 days. Now I’m stuck, and have to open a dispute and escalate it with AT&T. Would honestly avoid AT&T all together.

Quintez and Martin from the ATT Batavia store were awesome! They helped me transfer over my new phone and were so patient with all my questions! They helped me find the accessories I needed, too. They are two great employees!

Went into AT&T today to cancel a line, add a line and get a new phone. From the moment I walked in I got amazing customer service! Very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful since I had no idea what was the best route to go in order to get the best deal. I dealt with the store manager Quintez, SO polite and welcoming from the beginning. Walked me through everything and made the process so easy. Was in and out in an hour with exactly what I went in for and more! I could not say enough great and amazing things about this store location and service! Definitely a 10 out of 10 recommended!!!

The store runs a great process, better than other stores. Mason our rep was very knowledgeable and helped us through not only buying a new phone but also switching over our plan. It was a lengthy process but he explained everything very well and was very patient.

OUTSTANDING customer service! Quintez was SO polite, patient and professional with me as I looked at SO many phones, had SO many questions, and changed my mind at the last second. He was a GEM! He helped me choose the I-Phone 4 with the best case, put on my screen protector and help me set it up. Martin was also very nice and helpful. Great guys, great vibes. Very solid team at this location. I am bringing my Son to see these guys when he is ready for his upgrade. I definitely felt compelled to leave a review here! In this world where customer service can be “less than pleasant” these guys were top notch!Thank you Quintez and Martin!!!
