“I had an epic experience at Elite Car Wash Detail. If I'm being embarrassingly honest, my van was pretty dirty and gross - kid spills and crumbs, years of dog hair, exploded diet coke stains, sand and dirt from horse work - I was pretty certain that it could be cleaned up a bit, but that we had done some permanent damage to the interior. Well...suffice to say I was blown away. My van looks BRAND NEW!! Not only did they do an incredible job, but they were so nice and kind and clearly very proud of the work they do. “I took my 2019 XT-4, with about 57,500 miles on it, in for service and also to address a concern I had. I was hearing and feeling a very minor “clunk” in the drivetrain when I took my foot off the accelerator to slow down. I had the oil changed and 4-wheel drive service. The service writer was fantastic, clearly understood my concern and was clear they would check into it. The mechanic/technician performed the services I requested and diagnosed the issue with the drivetrain, which was extremely minor. They included correcting the issue in the charge for the 4-wheel drive service. I was very happy with the service I received and plan to continue bringing my vehicle there. I recommend Cadillac of Naperville service department.”

“This is my go-to car wash, and I pass many others as I come to this one on Orchard. They have a prewash brush cart available, and they have microfiber cloths for drying. Vacuums work well. Price is fair (range of levels of service is available), and the team there works well together. This is an automatic carwash, and it give me the opportunity to do some detailing of my own as I vac and wipe down the door jambs and exposed areas. Depending on the shape of the car, some small parts (usually the flat surface on the back gate) are missed. I hit those spots while wiping down surfaces.”

“I’m a Super Kiss Plus Unlimited member and overall I really love Delta Sonic. It’s very convenient, my car always comes out sparkling clean, and it smells great afterward. I also really appreciate having access to the indoor vacuum cleaners, which makes cleaning the interior easy in any weather.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the experience during the car wash line. They often make you pull extremely close to the car in front, and the staff repeatedly gestures and yells to move closer. At times, the expressions and tone can feel rushed, annoyed, or even a little aggressive, which takes away from an otherwise great experience.
Still a great car wash and worth it overall—just wish that part felt a bit calmer and more customer-friendly.”

These guys are awesome, reasonable prices, friendly staff, definitely coming back. It felt like I was washing the car, with all the care and attention to detail my car got. At the end my guy told me to go around the car to check. Awesome move!”

While there is usually plenty of parking to dry off your vehicle, the only downside is the car wash lanes and those using the vacuums are squeezed into a tight area.”
