I come here for most if not all my car needs I recently came for tuneup and my power steering pump works amazing customer service 10/10 he walks you through everything and give you the best advice for it price is extremely reasonable unlike some places I went to in the pass 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone who need car service done

My car had its timing belt due, so I called shops in my area and I eventually called Batavia Auto Service and got a quote from Daniel that was extremely fair. I got the car towed and dropped off early in the day, and the job was completed on the same day. Daniel was very kind and honest about the work done to my car. Highly recommend.

Fastest, kindest, most knowledgable work I've ever had done. All at the best prices you'll find quoted. They were super honest about every aspect of the transaction, including a damaged winshield wiper that they replaced for free! They charge exactly what they tell you, and if they run into problems, will not change your costs.
Smaller shop, but better than the rest in every way.

I've been to other places in batavia that talk down to you just because you're a female. This place talked to me like a person and explained things if i had questions. I will continue to use this location for future care needs.

I can't say enough positive things about the company and Daniel, in particular. I brought my truck in to have the front and back brakes and rotors done, as I have a 84K miles on the original brakes, and thought I needed to get them done. The quote they gave me was more that fare, so I jumped on it. After Daniel got the tires of he called me to ask me why I was getting them replaced because they didn't need it, said I had at least another year on them. I have never had another garage call me and tell me I didn't need work done that was quoted, and the parts ordered. Daniel is on of the most courteous, and honest technicians I have ever dealt with and I will continue to use them in the future for my repairs. If you haven't given Batavia Auto Service a try, I strongly suggest that you do. Great company and customer service!!!!
