I asked for a very nice and decently easy design and the lady was so rude saying that my nails wouldn't look good and did a COMPLETELY different design and shape even after speaking up about it. Ill show what i asked for and what i got down below. Its a cute place but they need to bump up their workers kindness.

The people are so friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate what you want. Do a great job. One of the best no chips manicures I’ve ever had. Lasted over 3 weeks.

The staff here is super duper nice! I don’t know if it’s the nail polish used or what, but I paid $55 plus $10 tip for my dip nails and after one week they have chipped, cracked on my thumb and my thumb is also discolored—white edge. I’m not right in my hands at all. When I get dip at my usual salon it’ll last 4 weeks. I had to go back to the salon immediately after my nails were dry to get my thumb nail fixed. Again, nice staff, but don’t go here for a dip powder because it won’t last at all…

Best Nails has the best staff around. My grandmother frequented the salon for years. In the beginning of this year, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was unable to leave her home. The salon owners Nancy and Calvin were beyond supportive of her, sending her flowers, balloons and even stopping by for a visit. When she passed a few weeks ago, they sent a beautiful bouquet to the funeral home.They are beyond kind and thoughtful. Our family will continue to go to this salon not only for their quality work but also their support of a long time customer. I can’t say enough good about them!Services: Manicures
