They sold me the rear gear cluster and converted my old Saris H2 trainer so I could use my gravel bike on it. They were able to find and sell me the required axle adapters required for the through axle. I am very happy doing business with them”

His brother Hal is just as welcoming — between the two of them, you’re getting enough good vibes to power an e‑bike. Then you’ve got Camron and Jack, the dynamic duo of bike knowledge. These guys know everything. I’m pretty sure if I asked them the torque spec of a bolt from a 1998 derailleur, they’d answer before I finished the sentence. Friendly, patient, and ridiculously helpful. And let me tell you — the bike fitting here? Worth the time, the money, and the mild embarrassment of realizing you’ve been riding with your saddle 2 inches too low for the last decade. If you want expert service, great people, and a shop that makes you look forward to your next visit, The Bike Rack is absolutely the place. Highly recommended!”
