I walked in at 9:59 and was told they closed in 30 seconds and that I couldn’t purchase anything. Meanwhile the person working was actively ringing someone out. Seemed like he was in a rush to go home, seemed like the lazy type.

I love Casey's taco pizza. We were having a mexican type food pot luck lunch. I decided to order the taco pizza from Casey's. It had no seasoned beef on it .... it was sausage. So horrible. I called and they gave me a free replacement ..... even worse! There was no refried beans as the base and again no taco seasoned beef. It was horrible. I am so very disappointed.
I ordered a breakfast pizza ... haven't tasted it yet but it's supposed to be a vegetable pizza but they also put black olives on it. That seemed odd.
I will not order another pizza from there again. 😤

Has to be the worst Casey's I've ever been to and I grew up in a small town Casey's was all we had i grew up loving it. Wow has this chain gone down hill if the Batavia location is an indicator of the store. Working in the area for the week stopped in 3 times hoping for food all 3 stops 10:30 am / 2:00pm / 12:00pm all different days of the week all three days the same experience no food available or at noon they had breakfast offerings still available for the brave also bathrooms broken two of three trips skip this place Casey's is not what it used to be.

One of the cashiers, Rob made my experience extremely amazing! Casey’s has always been a place dear to my heart and the hard working perseverant employees make it 100x better!

Robert is a very good person and employee. He seen that my tire gone flat and came out and seen the problem, and resolved it by blowing it up. Casey’s Employee of the year!

Great gas station and market. Bathrooms are clean. Robert is a memorable part of a wonderful staff. Always kind, professional, and friendly. Knows what I need before I even walk in the door, and treats you like a friend as much as customer. He stays professional, calm, and friendly, even with difficult customers. I can't say anything but good things about the staff. The electronics (pumps and register POS's) are probably the only negative aspect, and that's mainly from having to fight the Casey's reward system when it chooses to not work.

This place is consistently super nice. Aside from that fact, I just want to say thanks to Robert working in Batavia. My car was having issues and he helped me get my car started! It was freezing!!! Thanks for being awesome and helping me!!!😀

I went there at 9:30am no food was ready I ordered a breakfast bowl had to wait 15 minutes then when I got the food was freezing cold I was told to use the microwave no refund could be given without a manager being there.

Are they ever going to fix the pumps at this station? At least one or two are always completely down and the rest can take about 15 minutes to pump a couple gallons. At least the store is clean, but if you don't have 20 minutes to pump gas, I'd avoid this place.

Maybe I have bad timing, but every time I come in the racks are empty.
