I have been using Cleaner Options for about 5 years withoput any issues. Until they lost 4 of my shirts( a moment of truth opportunity). Bernie, the owner, asked me to describe the shirts, which I did. It took them over 2 weeks to finally agree that they had lost my shirts. Must of been delivered to another customer and that they would get back to me. After a couple weeks, I followed up with them. They then said that they couldn't locate them and that if I had a receipt of the shirts. I told them no but Bernie said to go to the website( Nordstrom) and just pictures of the shirts. Once they saw the price of the shirts( about $90/shirt) he then said that they needed receipts. A few days later Bernie called me and told me that he had called Nordstrom directly and "that Nordstrom showed no record of me buying any shirts from them". He also asked if I bought them from Nordstrom Rack because they had "simliar shirts" at lower the cost. I told him that no way would Nordstrom give him access to my account, without my permission, and that I didnt beleive him. I also told him that I have never bought any shirts from N. Rack and that I didnt want "simliar shirts". I bought the shirts from Nordstrom. I then worked with Nordstrom to get the receipts, not easy BTW and then sent them to Bernie. I did evetually get the $350 for the shirts but I was out of my favorite shirts for 2 months and went through many emails, phone calls and frsutration to finally get what was due to me. This was such a painful experince and a great opportunity to take care of the customer when they messed up-which happens sometimes. All throughout the process they made me feel like I was lying when they lost of the shirts and that somehow I was scamming them many times along the way. Even the Nordstrom person said, I think they are just trying to make it such a hassle, that you just go away. That is the exact way I felt. I have always been able, through cooperation, to work out service providers in the past and I have never ever before had a need to write a Yelp review and I hope I'll never have to in the future. This encounter was a nightmare.

I too had been very happy with their service til now. They picked up my king comforter nearly 3 weeks ago and have lost it. I have emailed and called 3 times to see if they have located it. They just keep putting me off. I would not recommend them based on their customer service and no offer for restitution for the lost comforter.

I have been using their service for over a year. It's very convenient to have them pick up and drop off dry cleaning at your home twice a week. I haven't had any complaints until this point. Early on, they temporarily lost something but they resolved it relatively quickly. However, about a month ago, they picked up a winter jacket and I haven't seen it since. They dropped off someone else's and I returned it letting them know it wasn't mine. Since that time, I've called and left three messages asking for a return call and haven't heard back from this business. What kind of customer service is that? I haven't even been refunded the charge for dry cleaning the jacket that they lost. I'm giving them a few more days to return my call (which is being beyond patient) and then I'm going to my credit card company to start with. Be careful with this place. Someone that doesn't return your call at all after multiple attempts is not a very good sign. Even if they call me back at this point, I'm not sure I'd recommend this place.

This firm did a great job for the first year or so we used them. Then we got back a damaged shirt - a large tear in one of the sleeves. Because I noticed it well after the cleaning was delivered, I couldn't say for sure it happened during cleaning. Then two weeks ago, I immediately checked all of my husband's shirts on arrival and sure enough, another shirt with two tears in the middle back. I called immediately, told them of the damage. They asked that I send the shirt back so the manager could see it. I did that, with a note telling them we would hold payment until the situation was resolved. Haven't heard a word from this company since. Won't use them again.

They pick up and drop off your dry cleaning for you! I know, not really feasible for you city dwellers, but a great way to save time in the 'burbs! Contrary to popular belief, this mom does NOT enjoy driving around in our minivans doing these mindless chores. You get a bag to put your clothes in and then leave it on your porch or doorknob. They drop off and pick up around the same time twice a week. Once a month you get a detailed bill which is easy to check (unlike another drop off service I had). If you're going away, just call and they'll skip your house for those days. I just had to write about these guides. It's the little things that make a difference!
