After my husband had work on his car done here, he recommended it. I would not. There was no communication about my car. The date my car was supposed to be done changed 4 times and when it went from 1 week to 3 weeks and it wasn't until I called did I receive more information. It was finally done after 3.5 weeks. The back quarter panel, bumber and a blindspot sensor needed to be replaced. Seemed like a very long time to have my car for the amount of damage.

One of the worsts customer service I have experienced. I first went to the Yorkville location here they did work on my passenger and driver door and the work was awful. Colors didn’t match and blemishes were left on the paint. I took it back for them to fix and the job was even worse. Then their “manager” called me to take it to their batavia location just to get laughed at when I told him I wanted the car fixed quick and the employee laughed at me. He said he’d call back but it’s been over two months now and nothing from them. Seriously consider using these people.

I had a great experience at Crash Champion Collision in BATAVIA… A great guy came right out & began to look at the damage and told me it wasn’t that bad and offered to even buffed it out for me! The best news is I don’t need any body work done to my SUV… Saving me that high deductible!! I would advise anyone looking for a company that’s honest & willing to help you out and have you on your way it’s Crash Champions Collusion Repair in Batavia!!

Very professional and quick service. Easy to schedule and very convenient with a rental facility in the same building. The workmanship on my car was excellent and they even had it completed two days earlier than estimated!

I cannot praise Crash Champions enough! Their communication was EXCELLENT! They kept me posted on each step of the process from the time the car was towed to them through the day it was ready. My vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up and I was thrilled that both the interior and exterior had been thoroughly cleaned.
