I dropped off my white rug 3 weeks ago. Went to pick it up on the date they said it would ready and it was. Took it home , unrolled it and swear it’s dirtier than when I dropped it off. I took it back and they said that they couldn’t get the spots out. ? Um, there were no spots when I dropped it off!! I asked for my $75 back. The sales person said she would have to ask the owner. I haven’t heard a word and now when I call their phone number listed on their website, it sends me to their fax machine. DO Not USE!!

If there were zero stars, that's what they deserve. I'm glad they are closing and they should have already. I gave them my comforter and after a month, they gave it back to me completely dirty. Mud, dog fur, you name it. They wrapped it up, put it on the hanger, and into the plastic bag. They charged me $40. Something told me to open the package and then I had to drive back asking them to actually do their job. The employee was offended more than apologetic. Why would I be angry? They are stealing your money and not cleaning your clothes. I would never go there again.

They ruined my jacket!Very disappointed, they don’t even deserve 1 star. I took my new jacket to clean so I could wear it by fall, and when I picked it up it had oil stains, so I called and dropped off my jacket again. Not only they didn’t remove the oil stains, but the jacket thread was broken the second time I went to pick it up. The girls working told me to leave it there and John, the owner, would give me a call by Saturday. He never called me so I stopped again yesterday, and the girl told me that they didn’t clean it again because it might rip even more, and according to their policy she could only give me a refund of $13.77, the money I had paid for the dry cleaning. They’re very irresponsible and don’t care about their customers.Never going there again.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I dropped my coat to get my zipper replaced. When I received my coat back and tried it on I realized the zipper was still broken and never replaced. I brought my coat back and they said they would replace the zipper for no cost of course since they never replaced in the first place. When I picked up my coat the 2nd time they tried to charge me and questioned my honesty. They even wrote a receipt with a zero charge but somehow now they are questioning my honesty. Not only are they inept at repairing a zipper, but then they try to charge you twice for a job they failed to complete. Worst customer experience I've ever had. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.Service: Alterations

Good job on the dry cleaning, no strong chemical odors. Had a coat zipper fixed, excellent work, great price. Always coupons available, sign up for text coupons.

Nice folks, as good as any. Prices a bit high but I’ve tried the cheap ones and they don’t do a good job like DeLuxe IMHO

They do a reasonable job but the pricing is rather high. I tried to get a dress at 4:02pm on a Saturday and they were closed and refused to open. I guess I'd be OK if their website AND the yelp site indicated they were closed at 4, BUT those 2 sites say 5:00pm closing on Saturday. Hence unable to pick up funeral dress before the funeral Sat. I tried to use a Contact Us button to share this so they would update it but their site is just a landing page mainly.

Accidentally gave me someone else's shirt. Returned with shirt & receipt 3 days later. Deluxe wanted shirt. Advised will return shirt when I get my shirt back. Took my name, number, advised someone would call. No one did. I returned one week later, no shirt yet. Will call, still no call, effort to make it right.

It is a solid place. Same day services on most days till 10:30 am, except Thursdays because they do not clean anything (which always seems to be when I need things). If you understand their work schedule, you should not have any issues. Great at stain removal, and quick turn around time, for those reasons, I will keep using them for the foreseeable future.

Why post a phone number if no one is going to speak with a new customer? I called and the phone rang and rang. Finally what sounded like a young lady answered the phone, and placed me on hold. She never came back! Business must be booming, or maybe she was updating her profile? Either way, if you can't handle my inquiry on Saturday afternoon, I doubt that you could handle my dry cleaning during weekday peak hours.
