I used enterprise again for my rental car and had an even better experience at this location because Rio always picked up the phone and was informative about the refund process, payments, etc. Thank you!!!

Been going through some issues with my car needing work, (RIO) the shop manager over at enterprise got me squared away with a vehicle; had a car pick me up and drop me off as well! I respect this type of service.

I don't understand the low stars. This location was great. My gf and I needed a car in a pinch, so we reserved a midsize SUV on their website. That part was quick, easy and affordable.We chose the St Charles location because their reviews were really good. My work schedule is tough and with an upcoming funeral we called to see if we could get it earlier in the day than originally requested. No one answered. The phones just rang. We decided to go in and see what was up. We walked in and there was maybe 10 people impatiently waiting while 2 people were at the counter clearly busy.We left in 30 seconds. We had a friend watching our kids and unfortunately didn't have time to wait. We called the Batavia location to see if we could get the midsize SUV there even though we reserved it at the St Charles location. I think the phone call went to a call center but she (Christian I think) was very helpful and quick and told us we could in fact get the car at Batavia Enterprise.Rio Dylan and Phil helped us very quick. I talked with Rio for a bit while Phil set us up quick and easy for my first time renting a car. He walked us out in the freezing cold to give me the details on the 2023 Jeep Compass (which was a great ride!)I had 0 issues with the vehicle for the week I had it. It was reliable and safe in the crummy January weather for us and our 2 girls. Returned it quick and easy. Dylan took 60 seconds to check the vehicle and remind me I'd be getting my deposit back. Hopefully I don't have to rent another vehicle again. But if I do, I'm going back to this location. Thanks guys

Scheduled a rental pick up with Nick yesterday who said he would have a vehicle available. When I arrived, he only had a 4 door, full size pick up which isn't authorized by insurance and is too expensive to drive with current gas prices. This was not disclosed to me when i scheduled the rental. He got angry that I refused the car, and will not reach out to other locations to find me a vehicle that is suitable. He is incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The front desk of the body shop shouldn't be here doing his job for him. This location would be better off without him.

They don’t have the vehicle even reserving a week in advance.. Staff (Anthony) was giving false hope and wrong info till last minute.

I was dealing with a "not at fault" accident and had a claim against the other person's insurance company. His company is networked with an auto body shop that is connected to this Enterprise location. At first, the experience seemed fine - but it was near the end that it completely went downhill. Lauren Santelli is the manager here and I worked with her with the entire process. She explained to me the details and I made sure that I wasn't getting charged for anything that I didn't need. The insurance was to cover my expenses in full. She did ask if I wanted prepaid fuel - which means I would not have to fill up the tank at return. I did get that and would have to pay that out of pocket and nothing else.There were times during my rental period where I did have to contact Lauren and the phone line was busy. I do think it's hard to get into contact with Enterprise if you aren't putting in the effort. One time, Lauren had left me a message to call her back same day and that she would be in the office until 5pm. I received the message 5 mins after she called and tried to reach her back, but was unable to same day. It took me the next couple of days to reach her again. That's not very convenient especially when you want quick communication or questions answered right away.My rental period was supposed to be aligned with when the auto body shop was to be done with my car repairs. The day before I was supposed to return back the rental, the shop notifies me that my car would not be ready until a week later. I called Lauren right away and told her about the situation, she said I would have to contact the insurance myself to explain why I would need an extension on the rental. I didn't want to deal with the other's person insurance and by making MY own arrangements, I decided I would return back the rental without getting my car back and figure something out myself. It wasn't convenient for me but I didn't want to pay out of pocket for an extension on an accident that wasn't my fault. I have to re-mention that. Enterprise didn't seem to want to help me at that point in getting an extension. The day I returned their rental, I was helped by Benji who I explained the situation and he responded that if I had let them know I needed an extension, they would have done it for me. Well, that's not what Lauren told me. She made it seem like it was an inconvenience to her and that I needed to do everything myself. I'm already stressed out with my car repairs taking longer than it should be and I don't want to be dealing with more issues. Especially on a rental that was not equal to my car getting fixed (MUCH smaller) and when they gave it to me, didn't even have a full tank of gas to begin with. I hope this is the last time I would have to get any service from this Enterprise.

I should of just asked my grandma for her car lol They charged me for Tollway fees even tho my job is 3 blocks away and never did I get on the express way !! Never again renting from this place and I don’t recommend anyone going here waste of time and money !

I highly do not recommend renting a car from this company. I've had a terrible process from beginning to end. They weren't able to have a car when I needed it, then they gave me a car that was not equal to the car I had getting fixed. They also did not tell me they were going to charge me with renters insurance and other fees. They automatically charged it to my account. When trying to speak to them in regards to the charge they kept delaying the conversation and putting me off, then finally they said the account was closed and nothing could be done. The staff was very unpleasant to work with and very sneaky about hidden charges. It is with the highest regards that I do not recommend this company.

I worked with my insurance company to set up a rental car after my accident. After getting to this location, not only do they not have a car ready, but there wasn't anybody in the office at 2:30 in the afternoon. I understand it's a satellite location, but there should be somebody there that at least tries to help.
