The girlies at this location were absolute gems! They're almost as sweet as the chocolate! I asked for a box of buttercrisps, and they packed it with complete care and kindness. Thank you Fannie girls for making my day. Another satisfied costumer!

I was helped by a tall red head and she seemed to have an attitude the whole time. I even saw her drop a chocolate and still pick it up to sell to me. I will never be coming here again. This experience was unacceptable.

One fine afternoon, I wandered into this fine chocolate store. I was expecting normal customer service and few pixies. Little did I know the young lady behind the counter not only fulfilled my exceptions but exceeded them! What a chocolate exquisite shop! Thank you Ms Maddie!!!

I walked in to buy a hostess gift on behalf of my 90 year old mother-in-law who doesn't walk very well, and a few creams for her (a favorite) to snack on as she waited in the car. I don't wear a mask for health reasons and most stores are very accommodating. When I was in the Batavia store, no one else was around except employees who were 6' away and behind plexiglass. The young woman would not sell a pre-packaged box of candies or let me select a handful of creams due to her and her employees safety. Yet, she was willing to bring the same items to me in my car with the window rolled down (no barrier) and within 12" of my face. It seems kindness, logic, and common sense are gone in this crazy world. Everything ended well however....I went to another bakery, got her hostess gift, and supported a locally owned business!

Great people and fresh confections. I called in a specific order. The excellent lady on staff took my order and I paid via phone. Curbside pickup. Perfect. And the candy was fresh not at all stale. I did give a little gratuity for curbside delivery and suggest others do that because they will never even hint at a gratuity. And this is the holiday season.The whole experience was super polite and kind. Great professionalism Ms. Payton! Thanks! We can all use a little sincere kindness and friendliness along the way these days.I haven't been to a FM in a long time, but when I go again it will be this location.
