I waited 10 minutes to be helped and I was the only person in the store. The employee was rude and the building reeked of cigarettes. The first time I went to this location the smell was so strong I was sure someone was smoking inside.

I use this fedex all the time. Jeff is the most pleasant person i have encounteted there. To bad he was not working this afternoon. The man working i found to be lacking in customer service and communication. I found him to be slightly rude.???

Can’t say enough about Jeff and the team at this Fedex location! I drive all the way from Elgin to get my posters printed. They are all so kind, attention to detail and just pleasant to be around.

Very rude staff. I couldn’t ship something and I get that they can’t control that because of rules and regulations. But they are so rude and don’t know how to communicate with customers. They say it in such a rude way. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend bringing packages here.
