Great supplements from a plant l toured pre covid and it was SO clean! It gave me confidence in their NOW products. Great expert presentations especially by woman with her MA in nutrition. Batavia store has management that runs hot and cold so l sometimes prefer Lombard store instead. I'm very friendly and it seems misinterpreted in Batavia, which is annoying bc l spend alot of money there monthly. Always be friendly to your customers and consistently as that builds loyalty.
