My experience with the storage facility has been nothing but outstanding. I used them 16 years ago when I moved in, had my mother-in-law use them a few years ago when she moved here, and I’m using them now as I move out, but don’t have a house just yet.
The units are clean, and I have a climate controlled one that is true to form. Jillian at the front desk has been professional and extremely helpful. There are always horror stories, but in all the times that I’ve interacted with this location, it has been proper, which allows me to easily recommend them!

I have used temporary storage over several moves in the past. My experience with Extra Space Storage from initial rental personnel and recent contact with Julian. He gave update on his attaining management of this storage location. Julian assisted me with opening the door of my unit. He also listened to my request to look at a price increase . He is professional and personable. I felt reassured being at this location.

Escaping Domestic Violence is not easy; Julian at Extra Space Storage in Batavia has been wonderful and a huge help during this difficult time. He worked with me to keep all our belongings safe and offered many options while communicating effectively. God bless Julian and this facility; for my son and I are able to safely store our belongings while transitioning, with one less thing to fear.

Great experience with these guys! They made it so easy to do business with I had to leave a review. Price, location and options were all the best. Online booking, and email comms were smooth and appreciated. Facilities from gate access, available equipment, security and cleanliness all top notch. Cherry on top is the site manager Julian wrapped up my move out without me lifting a finger. Too easy - Thanks & I’ll be back next time I need some Extra Space :)

Need space to store things. Extra Space in Batavia Il is a great place to go to. Nice and clean rental units and people working in office always friendly and helpful.
