I had to wait over 30 min with an appointment and when I finally got sat down I was getting constantly told to get no chip instead of regular polish even though the first time I told the man I just wanted regular but he kept telling me to do no chip and then he filed on my cuticles and made one of them bleed. He finally gave up on telling me to do no chip and then just did a terrible job on painting the nails as well as shaping them.Service: Sculpted nails

Was a walk in and just needed a basic pedicure. I was able to get seated right away which was nice. I was shown a menu and of course the gentlemen pointed to the most expensive service and kept saying “Yes” over and over again. I don’t need a 55 dollar pedicure. I did do the middle of the road one which is 42.00. I was asked probably six times if I also wanted a manicure. I get it, you’re trying to up sell to make more, but one simple “No thank you” should cover it. It feels badgering. For 42.00 the pedicure was nothing special and he kept throwing his tools into the pedicure tub and then I’d try to place my feet into the tub and be stepping on them. At the end he asked if I had cash for a tip and I checked and did. He ran my card for the 42.00 pedicure cost and brought me the receipt and kept encouraging me to sign only. I was drawing a line through the tip column and he kept saying “No no no just sign” I’m not leaving the tip and total column open after giving you a cash tip so someone could write something on that line after I left. It felt odd to me. I’ll chalk it up to a language barrier and try not to cast accusations of any kind. I will be watching my bank account to make sure no extra comes out. I’ll see service else where next time.Service: Pedicure

When I just moved to the area is when I found Paris Nails. The owners are the sweetest, and Ronnie did my pedicures, perfection. Been going there for almost 3 years! I've had my share of medical issues and missed a couple months, when I was able to return, I called to schedule an appt with Ronnie, and was told, she was gone, no explanation. Sam is the owner and she's amazing, and because of that, she's always booked! Understandable Went just last week, and had another girl, I had her before one time prior pandemic. My feet look terrible on the bottom, I requested the paddle to remove any excess skin --she did, but very quickly. When I got home I looked, used a file, they still aren't good. I'd hate to find somewhere new. Love Sam, her husband too -wonderful family owned business. Just miss quality service from Ronnie.

Moved to Batavia a little over a year ago and I've been looking for a good place to get my nails done and today I found it. Samantha is super friendly and personable, they did a great job on my nails, will definitely come back!0

The service was pretty good. I asked to have the dipping power removed from my nails and to do acrylic nails this time but she either didn't listen to me or wanted to do whichever service that was more expensive which is the dip powder. The very next day 1 nail broke which has never happened to me before since doing the dip powder. Also, I was charged a convenience fee without being informed.Services: Pedicure

I have gone to Paris Nails for several years and last few visits same thing has happened make an appointment only to have to wait 45 mins to 1 hour for my service (pedicure). Today had 11:45 appointment for both my daughter and myself. Took my daughter at 12:10 and at 12:30 I was still waiting. A woman came in and said she had a 12:30 appointment and they started on her while I was still sitting with my feet in the water for over a half hour. I finally said I couldn't wait any longer and they didn't seem to care. I paid for my daughter and left a tip. Woman managing the salon said thank you, no I,m sorry or anything. Also allowed 3 of the customers to be serviced with no face masks? It seems there is new ownership and not sterilizing all utensils between customers.

One of the best experiences in a while. Lee was great. Got a no chip mani and a paris spa pedi. Was very detailed and still relaxing. Thank you!

I have had excellent service at Paris Nails. So has my husband. They have been nothing but kind as well as professional. I am a cosmetologist by trade and used to do manicures and pedicures as two of my services. Thank you to Kimly and Ted. You both ROCK!Service: Pedicures
