My 2nd time bringing my car here. The guys are always so nice and they never push b.s. that my car doesn’t actually need. Always call me and keep me up to date and do photos/video of the inspection.

My wife and I were running errands in the area when her engine just stopped running and every light on her dashboard seemed to light up. We happened to be close to this Pep Boys and, luckily, were able to get an immediate appointment to get her car checked out.
The process was very easy, the technicians communication was excellent, and they had her car back on the road in less than 24 hours.
We are very happy with this experience.

Service manager is great, schedule of car's appointment was kept, work was done in a timely manner...Men's bathroom needs some love though....

The reason for my 2 stars was because I came in for a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. I had already figured that they may or may not be doing the tire rotation because they never asked for the wheel lock. But as I'm checking out I asked him if they did do a tire rotation (maybe they have a wheel lock key) and he told me yes. Even says they did a tire rotation on the paperwork. I go outside to my car and sure enough they did not do the rotation. I go inside and tell him that the treads on the back tires were more than the front so I know those tires weren't rotated. He says "o you wanted them rotated? If you wait we can do it" super frustrated that it was them trying to get away with doing some thing simple that I asked for. Also was told my battery was low and was tried to get to buy a new battery.. I have a battery charger and when I tested it. It came back full and absolutely no need for a new one. Unreal the things you are told to try to buy more. Will not be returning

Tony gives excellent feedback throughout the service experience on status updates. The shop techs are eager to assist with questions re: repairs, and experienced in chassis maintenance and repairs which I have entrusted them to complete on my vehicles..
