I used to not have as much luck selling here and definitely don’t have as much luck with the younger girls that work here who are perfectly nice. They just don’t buy very much from me but that just may be me. aside from that, I have nothing but positive things to say about the store. I think the owner is so pleasant to deal with. Not to mention she’s always looking stylish! I sell regularly at this store and I buy regularly and 95% of the time I leave with cash of some degree when I sell here and I almost never leave the store without buying something if I’m there to buy. If you wash your clothes and you bring in stylish clothes that are clean, you will make some money. Appreciate this location! 😊

On one hand... it's Plato's Closet. It was about what you'd expect in terms of atmosphere, and when I needed a fitting room I got one in seconds without even needing to ask.
On the other hand... even by Plato's Closet standards the prices felt inflated, and while maybe it was down to the time of year I visited, the women's selection felt a little riduculous. The vast majority of women's short sleeve shirts seemed to be the kind of shirt designed to show off your midriff.
Let's be clear -- I have no problem with that as a design. There's something to be said for it! But for a significant chunk of the shirts, if not most of them, to fall into that category, feels kind of dismissive of the many other ways girls make fashion work over the summer months.
Also, way too much Shein on the racks, which feels less than ideal for a resale shop where you're looking for things that're going to last.
I'd come back and look again, but this time I left without buying anything.

Didn't buy anything which is fine. I guess they have a hard time selling what my gf brought in but all bags were ripped open when they weren't dropped off that way. How am I supposed to carry it home?

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! It says they close at 7pm, I showed up at 6:15, which is close to the closing time but I assumed doors would still be open. When I went to the door, they were closed and the employees were already cleaning. Who knows at what time they actually closed because as I was still in my car, like 5 minutes later, both the employees left and went home. Fix your schedule on Google because why are the employees going home at 6:20 pm if you supposedly close at 7?

On Sunday evening April 27th, the store was found closed at 6:15pm when the online hours state they close at 7pm. Employees were seen walking out and leaving for the day at 6:25? If you’re going to close an hour early, at least save people the drive by changing your posted closing time to an hour earlier. So inconvenient and unprofessional.

delaney who owns this store is SO KIND! my best friend and i went in and she was so nice. her store was FULL of amazing finds, so much abercrombie and hollister. my bestfriend found 4 pairs of abercrombie shorts NEW WITH TAGS for $8 a piece, how amazing. this is by far my favorite plato’s & we will absolutely be back.

Place isn’t bad over all decent selection.
What I had issues with here is selling of clothes. They always tell me they don’t take certain things if it has stains, alterations, or over used. But I bought plenty of items from here that been altered or have stains! And when I go back to resell it to them they don’t take it when I bought there from the first place!
Don’t say say something and still do it. Be consistent

Great store with great products if you happen to get there when they’re open. Employees close 1hr-1.5hrs before closing time without notice on any of their social platforms.

I LOVE this store!! I’ve been going here weekly for almost a year, and it never disappoints. They always have something cute & reasonably priced. Not to mention the staff & owner are so kind. Always a pleasure shopping here.

Very disappointed. I brought in a bunch of clean items neatly folded and in good condition, they gave them back crumpled up, wrinkled, and with a weird smell. I brought in a brand new pair of shoes in the box, the box was all torn and taped when I got it back and all the paper in the box was crumpled as well. For well over $100 worth of clothes I was offered $14. An absolute scam. The workers also were not friendly or helpful. Awful experience, will not be returning.
