Good selection of bikes and its accessories. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were looking to supporting a local bike shop over the big chains and think we have found one worth the cost. Prairie Path Cycles deserves attention if you want quality bikes and service/tuning to keep it functioning. Here’s to more adventure bikes down the road. Highly recommend.

The tech team went above and beyond "normal" operations to find a solution to my problem. Mike and his team are passionate about cycling, super friendly, and experts at what they do.
And on top of that, they have the lowest fees, and even recommended to wait before changing some parts that they said were still in a good shape. Thank you!!!

Went in to buy a new bike, left with two. The owner, Mike, is straightforward and does not pressure, only educates. We’ve had bikes serviced here before and the service guys are the same way. Such a pleasure to deal with this store.

After a bad experience at a local bike store, these employees were amazing. We called them frantically Friday night after the other bike store "worked on our bike" for over three weeks only to call them and find out that the bike was still broken a few days before RAGBRAI. When we called, Liam picked up and had us bring the bike in Monday morning and they fixed it within three hours!!!
They let us test-ride it and taught us how to best prevent issues in the future and we are so thankful to all of the employees! They are all truly fantastic!

Phenomenal job by this team. Liam was a gentleman that helped me out, I don’t know much about bikes so he explained it really well of what needs to be done and what might not be necessary saving me some money. Really happy with the job as well, bike rides well and clean.

I came in for a new helmet and the worker was very polite and to the point. He didn't try to upsell me at all. The store also had bike helmets in my size (XL/2XL) which is appreciated. I also ended up getting a rear view mirror which they installed for free immediately after I purchased it. I would totally shop here again and suggest others would as well!
