Ordered Caesar salad. Brown wilted lettuce. Chicken Parmesan sandwich dry and very little cheese. Cannoli was soft and old. Whole meal was basically garbage. Spoke with manager the following day and he refused any kind of accommodation. Been going to this place for 5 years. No more. They lost a customer.

If I could rate this Rosati's a 0 I would for how expensive the price is my fries should not be wet and soggy and not be able pick up a piece of pizza without it falling apart and it was cut completely incorrectly, better places to spend your money at.

Rosati’s franchise as a whole is a wonderful organization. Unfortunately, this particular location doesn’t have excellent customer service, nor do they take pride in making food according to Rosati’s standards. I'm not particularly eager to rate this location two stars, but they don't care about customer satisfaction or product quality. Over-salted food with no regard for customer satisfaction. Don't eat here. Drive to another location.
