DON’T BUY ESCOBARS FROM HERE. Though the staff was nice, the escobars from this shell are not verifiable and instantly were burnt tasting. They didn’t have a hologram/verification codes.Nothing against the employees but the products they are selling are not legitimate.

Negative rating!! Absolutely disgusting men’s room!! I stopped for a Dunkin’ coffee and had to use the restroom. The toilet was laden with feces that looked like it had been there for quite sometime!!I spoke to the two gentleman behind the counter to report the severe unsanitary condition of the rest room and they looked at me like I had 3 eyes!!!A picture is worth a Thousand words and I’m not usually posting disgusting photos but this is the exception!

Unprofessional and Rude! I had to call the police! I went to through the drive-thru at this store to get some munkins for a business meeting. I asked about the number of munkins that come in an order. I chose the '10" to an order option and specifically asked "do they come in a box?" The person said, "yes." I drive to the window and get handed a bag with 10 munkins. I said, "I need these in a box." The girl says "we don't have any boxes." To which I responded, "you just said they come in a box" Response, "we don't have any boxes." I said, "I am taking these to a business meeting. I can't deliver them in a bag. Please issue a refund." And now the melee begins... "I don't know how to issue a refund." "Can you get your manager? "The manager just left." "Well, I want a refund, so how do you want to handle this?" "You can come back tomorrow." "I am NOT coming back tomorrow, I want a refund now." I don't know how to issue a refund." "Can you get your manager on the phone?" "no, the manager is busy." WHAT? "Well, I am not leaving here until I get a refund." To which she responds, "well you can sit there!" and slams the windows shut. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE! I will never return to this location and do what I can to get the word out about the extremely unprofessional behavior. Just because Dunkin has name-brand recognition does not mean they provide a positive experience and should not rest on their laurels.

Rude staff. The owner and the white appearing woman (she’s not white) with dark hair have terrible customer service. I’ve had several instances where they ring you up incorrectly or when you ask a question, and they respond rudely. You are better off driving to the speedway. I purchased three packs of cigarettes and was given two correct boxes and one incorrect box, and the owner said he wouldn’t t exchange them. After a bit of back and forth, he finally conceded to the exchange. I had just purchased them moments prior and noticed that one of the boxes was not the right brand. I’ve been a pretty loyal customer as this is close to home, and it has a Dunkin. Another time I purchased the .89 pop or whatever cost it is that comes with a free refill when you buy that cup. Well, the first time we went to get a refill, I felt the cashier eyeing my son. The 2nd time I purchased a cup, and we went to get a refill, the owner stopped me and said no refilled. I said to him the sign says that if you purchase the big cup you get a refill. He refused, so the next time we went in i noticed he removed the sign. The final straw was today. I asked if the chips I was purchasing were part of the special advertised. The tags on the displays said 2 for 7 or 3 for 10. I explained that I wanted to make sure I was purchasing the correct bags.she said they were. So she rung me up and after I asked for the receipt, it didn’t seem to add up. Sure enough, the receipt showed that each bag was marked at full price. She said she told me that and I said she had not. I asked twice to clarify and when she responded was very rude. So, I asked for a refund and she claimed that she would not give me a refund.there’s no signs saying that there’s final sales or no refunds on items. I left the entire purchase there because they refused to refund. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The owner and employees are extremely rude and I’ve gone in before and have had other employees correct an issue or at least be able to communicate a sale and what is isn’t included. This would have been avoided had she answered that only specific types are included in the sale or that you can’t mix and match. Which isn’t true the ones she pointed out are supposedly on sale aren’t even on the tag.Also, speedway has all the same items at less cost. We compared prices and speedway is selling them at sometimes even $2 less than what this gas station is advertising them as.

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. I stop at this location at least once a week. The super kind blonde gal who works most days always greets me with "hello lady!" And "see you tomorrow!". My coffee is always correct. I even had an employee take my hand before I drove away one morning where I was feeling a little down in the dumps (I didn't know she could tell) and said "you are so beautiful, unique, and kind- share that with others today." I absolutely love the energy I always get from this location.

I live in Elgin, and I don't mind at all driving to Batavia (Almost daily) to get a ice coffee! Sam ,who's the manger, is super helpful and just an overall great person! She's have to work 12 hour shifts because some workers didn't show, but she's still there and with a smile! Thank you so much Sam for your hard work! :)

This location has been wonderful to me. I would like to highlight Sam and Ashley for being the stars of the show! They are always friendly, fast and accurate. If there's ever an issue its quickly resolved. They are the only reason why I continue to order from that location. It would not be the same without them.

stopped by January 22nd, I stopped off at the Dunkin located at 108 N Batavia Ave in Batavia IL. I placed my order via the drive thru (bacon egg and cheese bagel, 1 order of hash browns, 2 breakfast wraps and a large coffee). I got to the window paid and received my order. I parked in the lot to give my wife her food and I grabbed mine. When I grabbed my sandwich it was made in a croissant. Not what I ordered. I made my way back inside and told the lady at the counter my order was incorrect. She went in the back and brought a gentleman up to me. He stated and I quote "oh I ran out of bagels so I just made it on a croissant". So I asked him so instead of letting me know you assumed? I agreed jusT to keep the sandwich and not make a big deal of it. When I got into my vehicle I pulled the sandwich out of the wrapper and found my "wrong sandwich" was burned. I returned to the counter and asked him to just refund my money. He ask why? I thought you were going to eat it? I responded this sandwich is burned I'm irritated and just want my money back. He then offered once again to remake the sandwich and stated he didn't know the sandwich was burned. If he made the sandwich how is it he didn't know it was burned. I told him no I would like my money back. I've been here 15min and you're offering me a sandwich I didn't want in the first place. He insisted I take the sandwich. When I asked for a refund he said he could not do it, and that a manager would need to complete the transaction. When I asked for the manager, he got irate and just plain rude. I was told that the manager was not on site and had stepped out for a few hours. He then told me come back and walked away from me. So now I'm stuck with a burnt sandwich I didn't order and no way of getting a refund. This sandwich should have NEVER been given out to a customer.

Do you want an earring in your drink? Nothing like thinking getting to the bottom of your iced coffee and finding a cheap "diamond" at the bottom. Gross.

I was their yesterday Friday 8/6/21, I ordered 4 large iced coffee's & A coffee cake muffin, The man that rang me up had a hard time getting signed into the registe, He went in back & Was bickering with the women in back, He came back up & Finally got my order rang up, He went in back to make my coffee's, The women came up & Helped next customer, She brought me what I thought was a coffee cake muffin in bag, I didn't check it, Got my coffee's & left, Later that night I went to have my muffin only to find out it was a cinnamon roll donut, I paid for a muffin, I tried several times to call the store, The phone rings & rings, Then says I'm sorry the person your calling has a voice Mail box that is not set up, I am not happy, I go their a lot for my coffee's & Very seldom order their muffins, Hire people that know the difference between a muffin & a donut, What do I have to start checking my items before I leave the store, I shouldn't have todo this!

Food quality and service is inconsistent. One day my food will be burnt, the next time i decide to give food a shot it will be under cooked. Went today and saw a long line at the drive thru- even with a person walking through the drive thru - I parked to go in just to see hand written signs "Drive thru only, not front service." So you now have a super long line at the drive thru and people literally walking through the drive thru lane.

I went there this morning they were out of both of things I ordered first. So then I just order a ICED matcha latte not the blended one. So anyway I get up to the window and ask her if she could add a bagel to that. So she gave me the bagel and matcha latte that was NOT iced but blended. So we politely asked her if we could have the iced one. She grabbed it and mumbled "oh my god". All she did was put ice at the top of it and give it back.

Very, very slow service. I only visit while I'm in town and everytime I drive up to the drive through they ask me to wait to take my order. I almost waited 5 minutes while a long line formed behind me and had to ask 3 times before they took my order. I'd recommend driving a little further to the Randall road location in Batavia for better service.
