“I had a bit of a hard time with the girl who first answered the phone, given that she had to put me on hold twice when I asked a couple questions. But then Joe took over and was extremely helpful. He made sure I got exactly what I needed for my print job, and when I came to pick it up I found out that Jeff, another employee, had gotten me a $10 discount on the order. I didn't even have to ask. Outstanding service, excellent quality, wonderful attitude on the part of the staff.”

“Kristin you are a ray of sunshine.I have never visited this location but it was very convenient today and was closer.I had a question about shoes I needed to return but was wondering if I have to go the the exact location that I had already chosen on the return website. I was greeted in less than a second of walking in I was very impressed and she smiled at me right away you can just tell she loves helping people and is a happy person. This was the most quickest stress free interaction I’ve ever had at a fed ex ever. Thank you so much for making my day and being an absolute pleasure to come into contact with:)”

“Had a great experience renting a U-Haul. My son rented a U-Haul for the first time and when we went to pick it up on the day of the reservation the owner worked with him to save him over a hundred dollars!”
