State Automatic created a zoned system on our previous home. We liked their work so much that we hired them to install the HVAC in our new construction. They cooperated well with our contractor and when unavoidable issues arose, they promptly remedied any problems. Maintenance service is easy to schedule and they provide a quick response to emergency calls. House is comfortable year round and the Carrier system they recommended runs quietly and efficiently. Feel comfortable recommending State Automatic for both remodel and new construction projects.

State Automatic does great work taking care of customers needs. Over 25 years, they have installed and replaced two furnaces, air conditioning units and hot water heaters. They know their business, are reliable and experts.

I'm revising my original review. I purchased a heating and a/c unit in fall of 2022 and the a/c never worked properly. After multiple attempts of repairing my unit was still was not working properly. Fast forward Kathy contacted me because I had given a bad review and she wanted to know how to make it right. She sent someone out to my home to assess the problem. What they found was the original unit had been damaged upon delivery and they repaired the unit and have been checking constantly on me to make sure that it's working properly. In this extreme heat I can't tell you how grateful I am that they stuck by their product and made me a happy satisfied customer! Thank you Kathy for being a great person and standing by your company and their reputation!

Jose came to my home today and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He found a leak in my air conditioner and has also helped me with furnace repairs. I highly recommend this company and will continue doing business with them! Their response time has always been so prompt and they acquire needed parts fast and efficiently! I trust Jose and his workmanship!
