This is the slowest target I have ever been to. I tried ordering through the Target app and chose the drive-up option. Big mistake on my part thinking they would try to get my order of 8 items out sooner than expected. I sat in their parking lot for a while since the app said my order was almost ready, and all of a sudden, the processing bar retracted and told me it was taking longer than expected. I don't think it should take 2 hours to grab 8 items from the frozen section. The real kicker was that the parking lot was pretty empty, so there's no plausible reason it should have taken them that long. No wonder I rarely ever visit this location. This location is by far one of the most disorganized Targets around (almost as bad as the Wheaton location). Save yourself a headache and go to the Warrenville store instead. They are more efficient and organized.

Recently learned they this place had a horrible habit of mislabeling prices after getting at least three surprise increases at their self checkout on the same day. The first time I noticed it, I spoke to an employee. She said the price the self checkout machine showed was the price. I told her again that it wasn't the same as the shelf price (almost twice as much!), and she finally said she would check the shelf price. When I went to walk with her, she emphasized that she would be checking. I continued walking with her to the shelf. When we got there she said that price label was for items of a certain specific brand. I told her the brand she'd pointed out was the same brand of the item I was purchasing. She then said the label was misplaced and was supposed to be for a different item. I said that, if that was the case, that was the mistake of Target. She finally offered to change the price, but never apologized for repeatedly questioning what I knew I'd seen. After that, the other mislabeled items didn't require such massive investigations for charges to be altered to match their labels, but it was a massive inconvenience overall, and her dismissive manner had been so rude! I will be taking pictures of price labels for future purchases here and asking to have them altered if the machine price is higher. So inconvenient, but I shudder to think of how much I've lost through their absurd surprise pricing. Also, an employee suggested they might have too many items to label accurately. I'll believe that once some items also end up costing less than they were originally labeled I hate the cameras on our faces at self checkout. Such an invasion of privacy. This place also changed the lids on their rubbing alcohol bottles to be way less convenient. Not overwhelmingly terrible but definitely irritating. One other thing - I've asked them to refill their hand sanitizer on two separate occasions and had a manager assure me they would for each. After each, I tried the same hand sanitizer machine again decently later only to find it still empty Are they just for show?

Youve had months to fix your online ordering system for in demand consoles, You have had many chances to combat botting and you failed. Congratulations, you just lost a 15 year old loyal customer, hope it was worth it.

This Starbucks is ridiculous. I have tried to give them my business 2 times in the last week and I have been majorly disappointed both times by 2 different baristas. They blatantly can't follow Starbucks standards. I have dietary restrictions as a diabetic and when I nicely ask them to make my drinks to standard I receive nothing but attitude. When I confronted the barista today that she was making my drink incorrectly I was told "it doesn't matter". I told her it does because i am diabetic and can't have that much sugar. As I watched her start to remake my drink wrong again I told her to keep my drinks and I wanted a refund. I just don't understand why it's so hard too follow markings on a tea shaker to STANDARD. Very disappointing service and experience overall!

Okay so today I went to target and tried on some miniskirts even though I'm like 80 and I left my lanyard and realized when I was looking at the laxatives and came back and saw someone took all my money and just left the lanyard. Whoever stole my money get ready to catch these hands let's brawl in the goodwill parking lot. I'm threatening legal action.

I spoke to 4 different people about trying to help me add an item to my registry that the target website would not let me add online. All of these people couldn't figure it out and had no suggestions for me other than "I don't know sorry." Very aggravated with the customer service I didn't receive and will not be returning to this target.

I've been to this location a bunch over the past year, and feel compelled to write a review today because of the stellar customer service I received. Thank you Crissy for going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. She literally dropped everything she was doing at the front of the store to help me locate some bubblegum not on the shelves (like the app said) but in the back stock area. Crissy absolutely deserves recognition-- customer service like hers are rare!

Horrible Target. Can't even shop because carts filling aisles with no one restocking. Manager doesn't care.
