Self check out is very glitchy and doesn't ask me to get cashback. Rude manager keeps talking over me as I ask why doesn't it prompt me to get cashback.

I was wanting this pair of air pods for along time and I went to the apple section, no one Was there so I pressed the help button and no one came I started walking back because no one came and I saw multiple workers standing and doing nothing.

Two employees are have a long chat on the floor. I wait a couple minutes for an opportunity to break in with a question until one of them mid sentence just snaps "how can we help!". The tone was completely "how dare you stand there while we're talking about whatever, as if we have any obligation to help you."

Love the Target in Batavia. Friendly employees and the shelves seem to be well stocked for the most part.

The employees are fantastic and the store is always very nice.
The only issue I have is with them having the self checkouts closed during the middle of the day. Whoever thought this was a good idea (probably someone in corporate) needs to be fired.

Lady at the return/customer service desk was not understanding at all. She denied my return of a small shampoo bottle because it was “half used”. I only used the bottle no more than 3 times. I checked their return policy before entering and read they took back beauty products which were opened so I assumed I was fine. I didn’t bother asking for a manager when she denied my return but left and went to another Target where I had no issue returning it. I will never step foot or give this Target another dollar, unfortunately they lost a customer today.
I hope someone from the Target team sees this and can educate their team on what makes great customer service! My interaction at the service desk happened around 12:00 on 4/1/24.

Did not find what I needed , left empty handed like many other customers leaving the store!

Closed up all the self checkouts due to people stealing through them but then only staffed 1 check out lane for the whole store.

Timothy at the drive up is the best! He noticed the milk I was picking up was going to expire in two days and asked if I would like him to grab me a new one. He is always kind and goes above and beyond!

Target has quality products with great option for food, clothing, household, toiletry and more. It’s so well organized and their customer service is excellent.

Worst target in the area. Ghetto, low/no stock, endless drive up errors. Go to any other location and skip this one.
